i've had a hoo-haa-haa with natwest bank yesterday when they told me I could not clear an outstanding overdraft as it was with a DCA, rang said DCA who in turn will not let me clear this balance without clearing loan with them too as they're combined!! argh ... give me strength!! haha!:rotfl:

exactly!! they very 'kindly' offered to reduce my overall debt of £3136 to a settlement figure of £1700 ... my response was simply 'If I had £1700 in my bank would I be on a debt management plan'!

where do they get these people from! haha :rotfl:

so the £500 I had saved up to clear overdraft will now clear a credit card instead ... their loss not mine ... wallies indeed!! :D

They can't say you didn't offer! Guns N Roses used to say "all you need is just a little patience" they also said some other mighty fine lyrics that cannot be quoted on a money forum :D

I am for about the first time in months in a chirpy mood today!
