Hi everyone, still getting calls from HELIFAX upto 8 times a day! They have excepted the DMP on the CC and the overdraft, but not on the loan. I was going to send a letter asking to contact my hubby in writting only but dont know where to send it, as W've had no letters from the loan dept. So dont have an address. Anyone know????????? They will be getting a payment this month of 2 1/2 times what it was due to my DMP payment going up. MAYBE THAT WILL SHUT THEM UP!!!!!!!!
Hi DR J I am doing ok, nice to hear from you, where did you go on your hols? Hope the weather was nice.

Hi everyone!
Sorry quiet week from me eldest daughter started dreaded secondary school so far so good, (ie first day went well - lol!)
Middle daughter is now in school today first time she has been in teh school without her big sister - eek!

Hi.
Nothing to report on DMP front which is nice. Just got back from DD's school. She had to go in for 2 hours today and i went with her as it is her introduction to 'Big' school which she starts in 10 days time. All was going well until we had to join the rest of the school at the end of their breaktime. Now at this school they do a 'wake up shake up' at the end of the break. This consists of the whole school 'teachers included' lining up and dancing to YMCA that is played very loudly from the school speakers. To say i felt a complete pillock would be under estimating the fact:rotfl: . I normally will only get up to dance with about 6 pints of beer inside me so i felt very silly espicially as my eldest DD was there with all her friend's laughing at me. My OH knew about this and omitted to tell me. Wait till i get hold of her.
Still ordeal over now so have work this afternoon and then a couple of days off.
Hope you all have a great day

Hi everyone, morning YM :j ,
Right here we go again on the HELIFAX saga! (if anyone is interestered) they called again yesterday 4 times. Today started calling at 9.20am It was a man told him hubby was at work, told him he is out of the house 14hrs a day seven days a week, so you would not catch him in. I also said you know his situation, he is on a DMP with CCCs he actualy said yes we know but we have too talk to him about this. I said I have asked you too contact him in writting only, but you continue to call up to 8 times a day. I said I cant cope with this anymore, he did'nt talk over me as most of them have he actualy listened to what I had to say. He then said ok I will arrange for a letter to be sent out. I said ok thank-you, goodbye! We will see what happens next!
Hope everyone else is ok and their DMP's are running well. Its a bit quiet on here just me and YM at the moment. :rotfl:0 -
Morning.
Well done amani - hope that you got someone who will listen and start writing letters
Got to do my budget again for my DMP 3 month review. Struggling and broke really - tax code changed so get paid a bit less, everything else gone up a bit more and forgot to put on chiro visits for my back so not sure what to do.
Will email the list to CCCS tomorrow (after i've done it all) and see what they say as I don't really want to decrease any payments to creditors either.
Great Universal have suddenly sent me a statement which doesn't show any of my DMP payments and threatens "administration fees" if payments aren't made. Tried to email but they just want me to ring an 0870 number - even though I said I'm at work and can't do that  Apparently the department I need to speak to can only be contacted by phone - yeah?? Uh huh? No internet access for them then, no email??
Other than that, all quiet on the DMP front. Debts are going steadily down nowOnly being charged about £40 a month on one account - all others are 0% - makes a great change from about £700 a month interest across all of them
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
hi newlywed I did my 3 month review about 3 weeks ago. I know you dont want to decrease your payments to creditors but if you are really struggling! see what CCCs say the were very good with me.
my hubby is now working so my payment went up but i made sure i put everything on there this time. the woman i spoke to wanted my 2 boys to take packed lunch for school but i said its not possible and she said fine. my mortgage has also gone up alot.
GREAT UNIVERSAL is also one of my creditors, I owed just over £1000 to them at the begining of the DMP. I called them on that number and they excepted the DMP straight away. I have not received any statements from them though!

Hi.
amani Good news i hope with the Halifax. Sounds like you actually got to speak to someone understanding. Hope it all works out OK.
Hi newlywed Glad to see your debt is going down :T
I would love at the moment to even ring an 0870 number:eek: . I have had a complete disaster decorating today. Papering away and trimmed up the edge by the doorway with a stanley knife and sliced through my telephone cable   . After phoning BT (mobile) i was told an engineer will come round tomorrow for a charge of £116.33 call out and £99.89 per hour he is here
Anyway after much huffing and puffing i have cancelled BT engineer as the line only seems to be to my extension in the living room. I have tried to sort it out but with Sky,internet and phone it is like spaghetti junction behind my TV. So Sky works ok, tinternet is fine, but the only drawback i have is that the phone has to plugged into the main Bt socket. So i have phone now but i had to use an old one i had that came straight from the set of Heartbeat:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . Even feel like answering' Hello Aidensfield police station:rotfl: :rotfl: . Still saved me some money and i will have to live with it.
Going to do tea now so speak later
