Hi All hope everyone is well and their dmp's are going ok.
Rung the cab this morning and arranged an appointment for two weeks time, as you know I have been doing my own dmp but barclays and littlewoods have refused to accept my payments, so the charges are adding up big time, because I am on the sick and Matt has just turned 18 I am going to be losing 63.00 per week  because I am a single parent. So cab will deal with all my creditors which will be a relieve, will have to be a bit more stricter with my budget!!
Hi to all the newbies :hello: and good luck with your dmp's.
Take care

I got a similar letter from lloyds once they accused me of not contacting them or ignoring them so I wrote back with a huge list of the amount of letters I had sent and what they said - that shut them up!0

Thanks Rayday & Newlywed for the advice, I have spoken to CCCS today and they were singing of the same song sheet as yourselfs.

Hi All
Had a letter from Barclays yesterday saying my repayment plan from Payplan was not enough and they will be passing my overdraft on to a DCA! They are also terminating my account!
Does anybody know what i should do now? Should i write back to Barclays or should i let Payplan know what Barclays are planning to do? It's weird because i have noticed my pro-rata share of my Payplan money going in there for two months in a row now!
Thanks
LoubieIn debt no more!0 -
Its what they do to current accounts stop the current account turn it into a debt and either keep it or pass it onto a DCA, just let payplan know that is what they have decided to do and wait to see who they choose to pass it onto. Its not bad news as such it took Lloyds over 9 months to do that for me and all the time they charged interest!0
