hi all
not posted for a while - just been camping last week for few days, weather not great (mostly rain during the night) but still we enjoyed it lots of walking sea air (did us good)we will def go again.
Most of statements on dmp seem to have stopped interest as far as i can see (some still charging) not helping them or us.
Lloyds have agreed on 6 months plan for my loan, overdraft and cc however although they have said yes the have taken some money out of my account with them for a loan payment and are charging me for being overdrawn due to them doing this. (left and right hand again with them)
I have rang and the advisor said this will be reimbursed but they have sent me a bank statement saying i will have £28 charges in sept!!!!! I think i will go into a branch try and sort this out. no wages go into this account with them as i have new account.
egg have said i will hear from debt collection agency that was 2 weeks ago still not heard anything.
We are due to pay month 4 of dmp shortly still finding it difficult but the worry of finding money to pay credit is not missed. Since we started plan had few problems with appliances, car exhaust went, my dishwasher pump has gone but i can live with that for now. My oven element and fan has gone we have been managing without oven for 4 weeks now, using the grill hob microwave etc. sorry for the moan i a sure everyone else has these things happen too its just before dmp would have just paid for repairs/new items on card.
hope everyone is well

Hello and good afternoon to you all.
Nothing to report DMP wise and i am sorry to hear some of you are having a few problems. This hopefully will be short lived and you will soon be back to normal.
Just finished a bit of papering in the kitchen and am off soon to bed. Typical, lovely weather forcast for the bank holiday, what i am doing. Working nights until i come off Tuesday morning. Hoping to play golf on Wednesday and that is about the height my social life will rise to this week:rotfl:
Just brushing my teeth and putting on my jim jams before i have my story and get some kip ( hopefully, really hot down souf ) for a couple of hours
Good night everybody,goodnight

How the hell can you work nights and go to bed this late??!! I used to crawl into bed zombie like! My mum used to say that some people can suit nights and some can't at the point she would stare at me.0

Sorry ray did not say that tonight is my first night:o . I like to get a couple of hours before my first night just to keep myself from being tired. I am like you after the first one. Straight to bed and am like a bear with a sore head when i wake up:rotfl: . I like working night's however because there is no office wallers or managment breathing down your neck. I say that as a first line manager myself but at least i know what i am doing :rotfl:
I do apologise if there are any office wallers or managment reading:rotfl: . Your input is invaluable.

Good morning everyone! Just recieved my letter from CCCS confirming that they will help us with our DMP. I have also made an appointment with the Clydesdale Bank to open a basic bank account so that i can transfer all our priority DDR's and STO's but appt isn't till 3rd Sept. Should i send my creditors their 'Notification of DMP' letters now or wait til my other account is up and running and i have moved all my money across as i am scared that they could take money out of my current a/c to repay debts as we owe to our two current account banks. Hope this makes sense!
The postie has also just brought our first cc bill (co-op) with our first missed payment on it demanding a min pay of over £400!! We are only over our limit by £117! Should i send them a small amount that we can afford along with a Notification of DMP letter now or wait for CCCS to advise them direct?
So much to think about but so glad that i eventually told my hubbie about our money problems and I feel better that we are actually doing something solid about our debts even though it could take 15 years!Official DFW Nerd Club Member no 694

Well Done WeeMac,
I sent my Notification of DMP Letter to all my creditors except for my bank (none were connected). I will send my bank their notification of DMP when I have made sure all our money has transferred to the new account. I haven't sent the agreement back to CCCS yet either as I dont want them to contact my bank just yet.. for the same reason
Think its important to make sure all your money is safe before risking sending the letter to them.
We have just missed our first payment on our Smile CC (part of Co Op).. altho being the bank holiday I haven't heard from them yet, not looking forward to Tuesday lol
I would send them the token payment with the Notification of DMP Letter now if they are not part of your bank.

Morning everyone,
Not good news in the post today,Argos have past us on to MOORCROFT.Even though they agreed to it.Now they have sold the debt to Moorcroft who are demanding full amount. The letter head said it was from their COURT DIVISON,so it looks like we are going to court soon  .
Have inform payplan will have to see what happens next!
