feel free to rant all you want.i really sympathise with you.i think you are doing really well without the car and can imagine what a big deal it is.as soon as you settle on a car that the best of a bad lot,the ideal one will turn up ...just too late.(been there ,got the t-shirt!)
with all the bad stuff you have had lately,i know you are due for a great deal of good luck.
please try not to dwell on the small things,(easy for me to say, i know!!).it will get better and soon you will look back on these cr*p times and be stronger for the experience, im sure.i believe very stronger in positive thinking and it has got me through very tough times, believe me re the debts before mse help.think of all the good stuff you have, like each other(or staving african children if you want or madeleines parents)and your own world looks better already.
hope im not going on too much.take heart and take care.we all know what a wonderful person you are.

Well I got offered the job tonight. Just got to wait now for the disclosure to see when I start. Will not tell Tax Credits until I have the start date that way I will be able to tell them exactly how many hours I will be working until the job ends. Hopefully we will not need childcare too often so we shouldn't lose out too much. At least the experience goes towards my uni application.
Big hugs to everyone else who has been feeling down today. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

we are having the same problems and the interest is mounting etc keep getting fobbed off all the time.

Keep complaining pointing out they are not being fair and causing you extra stress and harassment, list the amount of interest charges etc they have charged you since you first asked them to freeze.
What I completely forgot until I looked through all my communications for you was that at Christmas because of all the stress they caused me they send me a case of 6 bottles of wine!
So wine and interest refunded back adds to one slightly happier person!
Also if you are getting letters from all different addresses etc ask them to clarify who you should be dealing with. If you want any further help etc just shout pm or whatever and I will try to help!0 -

iykwim - if you know what I mean
Yeah I take clarityn but it's not enough, when hayfever gets bad it triggers my asthma and then nothing seems to work too well. Need the prescription ones but haven't registered with a new doctors yet (moved house and the old ones said go register elsewhere because you're outside our area now). Have to take time off work just to do that :mad:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
hi everyone
newlywed glad your feeling better today.
also heard a tip on tv about hayfever said if you put some vaseline around the bottom of your nose it will help as it will be harder for the pollen to enter you nose(something like that). also dont dry your clothes outside and always shower when you come in from outside to wash out the pollen from your hair and skin. hope that helps a bit newlywed and Dr jekyll.
scottishmummy Im totally with you with the JSA claim. we have had 3 1/2 months of hell with them, which im glad to say has just come to an end. 2 months of it was to sign off! hubby has now been working 2 months. contract is only for 6 months though so hope they keep him on or he finds another job cant go through that again. totally discussing how they treat people. they just dont care.
I know its off topic but had a letter from my solicitor yesterday and copy of deeds to my house also papers from land registry telling me the house is now in MY NAME :j it has took me 8 years to do this. even though the deeds are in my name the morgage is still in joint names with my ex. Abbey wont change this although he has not paid anything on the mortgage for 10yrs.
I thought rayday was a man at one point.(sorry) but more or less worked everyone else out.

Had a letter from DLC yesterday regarding Egg Loan (14,000) I spoke to Egg in April and they said that they had excepted the dmp and not to worry about anything, they could'nt of been nicer to me. Then I get this!!!! I wont full for that again. Getting abit worried now as few of them have been nice hope I dont get many more from DLC.
xxx
Our egg loan said exactly the same then they sent us to moorcroft debt recovery who have just confirmed they are excepting our payments now so don't worry too much.
been a quiet week letters wise - still waiting to hear from the insurance about the write off and still waiting for the other car to be fixed hopefully tomorrow but I have today already caught 3 buses and have got another 3 to catch later!!! I love looking at people and wondering what they do etc I and I will miss looking at other peoples houses and gardens too you don't get much chance when your driving yourself!!!
Chin up everyone hope everyone has a good day.0
