HARDLEYLISA......used to think ignorance was bliss but after that prog im not so sure.god knows what else they get away with.i used to work for a big supermarkt and was aware of some of the stuff but after watching its hard to give the food industry the benefit of the doubt!!
should put a f or m next to everyones user name when they become members and the confusion would cease.
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)

    LOVE ME, LOVE MY NEWFOUNDLAND.:A

ILGD:- I think your "F" and "M" idea is a great suggestion as I get confused at the best of times!!

Big phew in the post today we got our tax credits update and it has hardly changed thank gowd! Not sure how we would have survived otherwise. And apparently next year they will take £0.79 which will pay off our overpayments that they cocked up on in the first year!

Hope the postie is kind to everyone else.

    Take care

    Hi.

Well what can i say. MR yellowmonkey bidding you all are well today :rotfl:

It is nice to know that most of you thought i was a woman. Just shows i have a sensitive side and can cook and am understanding ;)

Agree with you though some user names are self explanitory others take a bit of working out. Good idea with the M/F tag. Like that :T

Just had a secure message from EGG regarding my loan with them. They have agreed to my offer of payment for 6 months and then review.:j They did say after that they will expect an increase, yeah right,:rotfl: . Still 4 down 2 to go so looking good at the moment.

I echo what everone else has said about this thread. Having been a bit down i can assure you that your support has been amazing ,and at times , humbling. Keep it up. Dont know that i could have done all of this without you all.:T

Anyway off now to hunter/gather for my familys tea.

    Speak soon

I too saw the Tesco and sainsbury's programme and it has put me off their meat and fish counters that's for sure. Hardly ever used them anyway :)

We could probably use our first names at the end of a post on here although I appreciate some may not be keen.

Well anyone can call me Rach - not Ray - only on a weekend am I a Ray ;)
  • Hi everyone,
On a bit of a downer today, most days i'm ok but today i'm not .Had letter from lloyds, to contact them asap, did so and went through all security details etc then put on hold then they cut me off.Rang them straight back, had to explain everything again only for them to tell me payplan had mess up with our loan details so they could'nt agree to anything.Which was a load of lies as payplan gave them all the revelant details, payplan have told us they are stalling!
Also hubby had letter for him to contact Nationwide,he did so only to be told they have pass the debt on to head office. So hubby rang them only to be told that they are NOT accepting the DMP,and that the debt is being dealt with by their internal DCA,has anyone had any dealings with KPR.

Watched the Whistleblower show with interest last night.I'm a ex employee of the Sainsburys shown and i worked as a Fresh Food Assitant and knew the people in the show . In the show they only touched on a bit of Food safety there is quite a lot wrong with the store but know matter what you said to supervisors, duty managers and manager all they thought about was PROFIT.

Personally I would only deal with Lloyds via letter, they have so many departments and people they don't know what which hand is doing!

Have you got good cause to make an official complaint to them? I did I complained at the amount of time they were taking to accept offers of payment, that one letter said one thing and another said another, also they did an admin !!!! up and addressed a letter to hubby with my credit card number on.

They used to complain I never contacted them and because I do all my correspondance via mail I could list every single letter and all the payments I was sending even though they had not accepted.

I got there and got my interest refuneded well about £200
  • Hi rayday,

we are having the same problems and the interest is mounting etc keep getting fobbed off all the time.
