  • Sorry everyone,I'm having a real bad time with the DMP.KPR (nationwide) have sent us a letter telling us that nationwide will take us to court for a charging order which at anytime they can force us to sell our home. Northern Rock have said we haven't kept up with our payments on the DMP with payplan,we have never missed a payment.

    Never mind LLOYDS...

You have to have a word with Payplan and make sure they are getting the payments to the companies as swiftly as you are paying them. Ask them to prove that they sent the payments to KPR could it be they sent them to Nationwide instead? I have had problems when accounts have changed hands the original companies are not keen on letting the DCA know they have been paid!
  • Just rang Payplan they were Brillant.

Well how are you all. I see some of you are having a few setbacks. Sorry to hear that and hope they all get sorted soon.

brisbane. Go with CCCS. Why pay for a service when you can get it for free and the money saved will go to bringing your DFD closer. Good luck and welcome to the Gang.

Had to spend £15.90 today. I had to pay that for the privelage of a dentist ripping out my offending tooth. Did not hurt to much though and i am still dosed up. Can't wait for that to wear off  .
Up all night last night in absolute agony so that is one problem sorted. Pity the same cannot be said for creditors. "You are given me pain so get out and go away and cause me no more aggro". Mind you talking to some of them and trying to get them to understand is like pulling teeth:rotfl:

    Have a good day all

    hi all,
cq.....re the charging order.you can prove in court that all your dmp info is correct and everyone is being paid.sure its a scare tactic from nationwide cos am sure that no comp can make you sell your home and the charging order is made to make sure that when YOU decide to sell your home, you have to pay them some of your equity.the judge is usually on your side when you have all your proof and your dmp comp holds aot of sway, imo.
hang in there,im proud of you.sending positive thoughts and hugs your way.

ym......good to hear from you.been quiet so assumed all was going ok.

hope everyone else is doing good, or at least treading water instead of drowning......(little punt in there re the floods near me!!!)
am trying to be positive and find humour in stuff as i find its a good way of coping.
re the diy.......have let the bath water out this morn and no leaks but havent tried the shower yet.will leave that till tonite.
heard on our news last nite that our mp has raised a bill to safeguard our yorkshire accent, which is dying out cos of the net and texting, etc and we are all trying to converse correctly.....have you noticed, for ex, when peeps with strong accents sing, they are understood straightaway, whareas if they said it instead, you wouldnt understand a word?
    anyway, i digress, again.
have a good day.kind regards, ilgd xx

You having a philisophical (wish I could spell that!) morning :p

But you are a little wrong no one can understand the proclaimers lol

Well postie is always late and not sure if some of our post got destroyed in the floods it comes through Sheffield sorting office we only came back to 4 letters which is extremly weird. Hope not as I am expecting some cheques from surveys.

Hope everyone has a good day today and no problems come along that are unsubmountable - I had dictionary for brekkie today :p
  • morning all! Still off the weed which is ace, would like to say I feel better but I can't 'cause I don't!! lol. But better in the pocket .... although don't know where its going cause its not in my pot ... ha,ha. Bit frantic here as ds no1 has tickets for Live Earth tomorrow but no transport (kids!!) so busy trying to sort that, seems a bit hypocritical driving him (you know saving the earth n all that!) you'd think with more tickets available, extra transport would be laid on - but not yet!!! anyway sorry I'm off topic!!
ILGD glad the bath seems to be sorted, fingers crossed when you shower!
    Love and hugs to all

Well done with the none smoking, I am sure I read somewhere that the first couple of weeks you can feel a bit bad which seems ironic but stick with it its the hardest week behind you and bloomin worth it!
