Telephone them tomorrow and ask them for the fax number to send them your eviction notice. Is making a payment going to stop the eviction?
you need to be a masssive pain in the !!!, fax it over them call again and check they have it, then call again and check they are dealing with it. Will try and find numbers. [FONT=Arial, Helvetica]08457 25 35 19 phone.[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica]08451 28 13 85 fax.

Have just received letter from RBS after supplying all my evidence for claiming financial hardship that I am unsure what it means:
"Your request has been assessed and confirmed subject to regular token repayments as appropriate. This arrangement can continue, if required, until the result of the Office of Fair Traing and UK banks court case outcome is known. In accordance with these arrangements please now return the Highline card that you have in your possession along with any unused cheques.
Until the result of the charges test case is known we can confirm that no further charges or interest will be applied to your account.
Once the legal proceedings betwen the OFT and the banks finish, we will resolve your complaint regarding bacnk charges as quickly as possible.
A letter confirming details of your claim for a refund of bank charges will be sent under separate cover withhing the next 21 days."
Can anyone make sense of this? Am I being refunded? Are they closing my account?0 -

Hi,
My brother in law first started trying to re-claim charges just before the hold started. He is now in financial hardship (the bank wont even put him through to speak to anyone until he's covered arrears on his loan) I sent LLoyds a letter around 4 weeks ago to ask them to look into the claim again due to hardship and he's just received a letter back basically saying 'on yer bike'!!!! What should we do now, is there a second template letter???
many Thanks in advance.PAD total since 27/07/09 = £60.83 - [strike]Capital One[/strike]:[strike] £192.73[/strike]£27.00 Next catalogue: [strike]£429.00[/strike] £154.00Welcome car HP: [strike]£6090[/strike], £3900, Welcome Loan:[strike]£3370[/strike], £2660HLC #1: [strike]£907.00[/strike]£637.00, HLC #2:[strike] £838.00[/strike]£608.00Sealed Pot Challenge 2009 - Member #649 - Target £500...banked £119.50 already.0 -

Yes all 3! And mortgage lenders have now started reposession proceedings!
I just don't understand if I am to get my charges refunded and why they want me to return my bank card. Should I open another bank account now to be safe?0 -

Hi i posted bout a week ago saying we started claiming against Lloyds TSB. So far, we have sent first letter, used online banking to find and add up charges (with interest) £3600 ish, made copies and sent second letter. We have also emailed the letters informing bank they are in the post. Visited local branch to inform the situation so far, also set up parachute account and cancelled direct debits as well as suspending use of account until resolved. Lloyds have replied with a letter saying they are beginning invesigation. Get stuck in and dont give up is the best approach me thinks!0
