    Hi there,

I already got some cash out of Lloyds about a year back, can I claim again?

    Cheers,

  • Hi.

I've just sent off a claim using the template to Alliance & Leicester, and am claiming hardship (I am unemployed on JSA, cannot meet all my outgoings and am still getting bank charges). I also have a claim against Halifax through Renaissance Easy Claim, who are sending me out a hardship claim form.

I just wondered if anyone had been successful with claiming hardship, and if I'm likely to be looked at given my circumstances?

    Thanks

People are successful however A&L are a tough nut to crack and Halifax appear to be getting harder. Be careful with a Claims Management Company that they do not claim fees prior to the COMPLETE conclusion of the claim. A Hardship payout is not a conclusion unless it is 100% of the claim.

Thanks for that - I've checked the small print and they only take a percentage cut from the actual payout. However I REALLY wish I'd done it myself now. Was just being lazy I guess...
