Well basically you start your 6 years backdated from now...if you go as far as to having to file a court claim your date of issue lets say be it 10th July 2007, you can only claim back as far as 10th July 2001 or the solicitors will pick up on the Limitation Act ...and yes am afraid even if you havent been charged in 2003 this is still included in the 6 years

you dont assume a charge for anything...you should wait for a decision from either your bank or court...only a high court can set a precedent not you me or any bank, so let the courts decide

I Got A Load Of Stuff From Egg 1 Inch Thick I Have Went Through It Several Times But Can Not See Any Indication Of Fees Or Charges
Now I Know There Has Been Charges Applied To This Acc Because It Has Been Defaulted It Also States That In The Info That I Received
Any Idears Were They Would Be ??????

try obtaining an experian report....all default charges are listed on experian or should I say....charges are not listed but defaults in accounts are, experian explains the defaults.

Yes I am with BOS. I sent my 1st letter asking for statements on 16th Jan. They have tried quite a few time wasting tactics along the way. My claim is now with the FOS as I got the decline letter on the 56th day (the 8 weeks they are allowed) Reading through other posts, hopefully they will get me a successful result too.

i'm at the stage of i've had all my statements back and (phone book size),
I've highlighted them (61 pages) and sent them back,no replie,how long sould I wait or should I phone them?

did you state a timescale...normally its 14 days...
