ME 2!!!!!!!!!!! I STARTED ON 8/6/07, SO IS IT THE 22ND OR 27TH??

    HELP!!!!!
If you have filed a claim on mcol say 5th june 2007...then it is deemed to be served on the 10th june....you count from the 10th so the date they have to acknowledge is....24th so you are right 27th

This is becoming a boring stunt to either put you off or delay you.

Simply ask them " Please send me a full breakdown and calculation of your charges. Should this matter go to court, be advised that I will ask the Judge to request the same information from you"

  • Well done to you mate!

I am applying to the Co-op too, but wondered could you tell me what stage you got up to with them? Did you have to send the letter threatening court action, or did they stump up before then?

Would be really useful to me, thanks.

    Good Morning Everyone
Having successfully reclaimed my charges from Nationwide I was wondering if I can reclaim charges from Loan a/c's with First National and Black Horse as well? One of these went to debt collectors and then sold on to another company who took us to court.
The amount was originally disputed because there was one of those useless payment protection insurances on it which we thought would pay up when my ex husband became ill but in the event they decided he wasn't covered by it.(Needless to say I haven't bothered with ppi since!) There is now a Tomlin order on it which my ex is paying monthly. If we could claim charges back we could pay off a lump sum from the amount owing. Please advise.... You guys seem to know everything there is to know about bank charges.:rotfl:
