Hi,im at the stage of taking lloydstsb to court i have to file and serve a schedule of sums claimed with clear explanation thereof and the date incurred. In default the claim shall be struck out.Ive got to have this in by 4pm tomorrow,i just thought this stage was straight forward.Im really panicking!!
What i want to know is what exactly do the court want in regard to the schedul of sums claimed? is this just my charges that were sent out originally? if it is do they need altering to show the interest today?
And finally is their anything else i need to give to the court at this stage?
The next stage is when i have to give the court bundle etc, which is june the21st.
PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE WHOS BEEN AT THIS STAGE COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ,QUICKLY IF POSSIBLE

Hi,
I have written to Abbey and requested a list of my bank charges in March, they have gone over the 40 day limit and have been sending various stalling letters, this morning i got a letter telling me that my overdraft expires on 1/Aug/2007 and they will not be renewing it. I telephoned the bank (and was very polite despite my fury at their bullying tactics). I was told that there was no link with the request for bank charges and this was due to a lack of activity on my account during May. my question is - has anyone else experienced this and who can I complain to. Any suggestions/ideas gratefully recieved.
cheers Jill0 -

Ok then, I thought all was going well.....
I went through MCOL, the bank (in my case Alliance and Leicester) did not acknowledge the claim and I won through default. I then requested a warrant be issued which was approved and sent off to the bailiffs for action.
Today I checked MCOL to see the status of the warrant to find that is said "UNFULFILLED" and a brief explanation that
"The Bailiff has been unable to recover the amount shown on the warrant. You are unable to take any further action online on this warrant."
How can this be when I gave the address of a bank!? Surely an international bank could afford £2790 !?
I am now slightly confused as to what I can do next? Can anyone help me?0 -

I am no expert and am just awaiting correspondence from Lloyds solicitors myself, i expect the same kind of thing you have received! What i plan to do is to list all my charges individually with a brief explanation of what they were for, the date, and next to that the amount of interest and then total. At the end a brief explanation of how interest was calculated.
eg: charge £35. Unpaid direct debit. 12th april 2004. £2.21 interest.
Please try not to panic, there`s loads of us getting to this stage. Surely if set out as above they can`t need it any clearer!!!!0 -
