OK. Phone call to 150 made this afternoon.

Emails (using template for pre October 2012 contracts) sent to Jackie.O'LEARY@ee.co.uk, Stephanie.Taylor2@ee.co.uk, executive.office@orange.co.uk, PIPPA.DUNN@EE.CO.UK, olaf.swantee@ee.co.uk

As far as I'm concerned this is enough to show that I have requested cancellation of my contract without penalty due to breach of contract...am i correct?

I have sent the emails to the press outlined by RandomCurve in earlier posts. Do I need to do anything else in the mean time?

I have received a complaint rejection letter from CISAS who are stating I need a deadlock letter. I have explained that T-Mobile have stated their final position on the matter in two emails to me, but CISAS are now telling me I have to wait 8 week from the initial complaint before I can proceed  :(

How ridiculous.... I suspect I and a good few others will get the same then. Its as if they don't want to act....

On a different subject, does anyone have an e-mail address for Ofcom that definitely works? I used on poster earlier in the thread but it bounced back. I have also tried their online form but it doesn't seem to submit the complaint.

How is it they can agree to accept other complaints under the same circumstances but reject yours?!

Who was the first person to submit a complaint to CISAS? I recall reading a few pages back (but can't find it now, the thread is so big) that someone was literally days away from seeing T-Mobile's response.... just wondering who it was and how long we have to wait.

29th April i submitted my paper work and had an automated email with a claim number

still waiting to hear from T mobile

its been a month since i cancelled my contract still only had a bill and a single response to my first letter, the standard we are sorry your unhappy letter.

nothing from my claim for replacement phones or from my recorded delivery letters

I had the same, CISAS said a final position was not deadlock. I then received an email from T-Mobile saying they would no longer communicate with me, this CISAS say is the same as deadlock.

Maybe we're being victims of our own success and overloading CISAS with the number of complaints.

Probably me, T-Mobile have until tomorrow to respond. I haven't heard from them since CISAS accepted my complaint.

    Finally! About time too...

Appears to completely over look the post October clause argument, and quote from Ofcom shows how much use they are to the consumer.

Feels more like an article to placate us as forum users but distance MSE from the campaign.
