Its the version 58A hard copy I'd like to see. If you download the PDF of version 58A then click file and properties you'll be surprised! Surely it should not be edited after the stated version date? And its suspicious to me that it was done in February right before the rises?

You're quite right, it was edited in Feb. I can try and do a comparison with version 58 if you like.

Wonder why I have version 58, rather than 58A, for a contract taken out in Feb 2012.

To answer your other question, the contract started October 2011 and the letter I got from T-Mobile about the increase was very sneaky because it didn't mention the % increase... it merely said:

"The price of your T-Mobile monthly plan will increase by £0.52. The bills you receive from 9th May 2013 will show the new price for your plan, of £16.38 a month."

I've just sent you a PM.

I now have a pdf copy of version 58A terms before they edited it. All I need to do now is try and compare the two.

They must have given you the wrong version of the T&C's, as 58A have been in place since Nov 2010?

I think you'll need to compare the online 58A version with a hard copy (original) 58A version to achieve what timbouk's suggesting. It's definitely worth doing, but I only have the online T&C's.

And why weren't customers on the 58A terms moved onto the latest version when they came into effect in November 2012 - this seems to be what usually happens if T&C's are updated?

Will scan and upload a copy of the hard copy version of T&C's for 58A tomorrow and post a link here for anyone else that wants them.

It's available here in pdf form

It's an archived copy last changed in Nov 2011.

That doesn't sound like much fun :(

Is there any difference in the wording at 7.2.3.3?

Sorry Anna, you can do it the hard way if you like ;)

No change that I can find apart from some missed spaces on original. 7.2.3.3 appears to be the same.

No problem can you post here how Quick and easy it was to send those emails?

Good luck with that call - remember just keep asking them to answer a simply yes or no question - "Do you have the authority to terminate my contract without penalty to me."

    :)

Emails took less than a minute. Open email client, click on compose, cut and paste recipients email address, cut and paste letter body, click send. Easy as that

The contract is actually my Mums so will be prepping her before she calls with the help of your phone call post.

hi i have just had a reply i know i am running out of time could anyone point me to a suitable reply i am on pre oct t/c below is what they sent me.thanks.

Was their email in response to your written notice to cancel? If it was, then you don't have to worry about the 9 May deadline, that's only for getting your notice in and you've done that already :)

Your next step would be to obtain a deadlock letter from EE so that you can take your complaint to CISAS, which will probably take a few emails back and forth to achieve.
