I only used the "Take some action" and then put "Allow cancellation of the contract without penalty" option.
It isn't about making money for me, in fact I probably won't be better off after cancelling (if the ruling goes that way) as I get a discount on my line rental.
It is more to do with the way T-Mobile have acted and I don't particularly want to stay with a company that acts as they have.
Absolutely the same for me, I just am not sure whether to go for "allow me to cancel the contract" or just claim the amount of money to allow me to pay off the contract.
Will hang on to see if Anna pops on to advise but thanks for the replies so far and in advance if anyone else can help.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

I'll hopefully be putting my submission into CISAS in the next few days. I am going for cancellation of contract, as obviously T-Mobile have breached it, but also thought about claiming an amount. This isn't to make money but to pay for the time in chasing T-Mobile to honour their part of the contract. If, for whatever reason, I don't get the free cancellation but get the compensation, then I'll just pay them off and move anyway.0 -

Do both LGP (you want them to take action AND refund you), CISAS won't be able to make TM refund your line rental if you have no amount entered here. You're right to put in for the remaining charges up to end of contract, would also suggest adding an amount for compensation due to stress and inconvenience from poor customer service - I put £100 on mine but wish I'd claimed more now I know how much of my time I've wasted on TM
There's also a field for type of complaint - select 'Contract Terms' for this.
EDIT- Sorry, should have added that I also added £100 for them refusing my valid request to go to CISAS, was very  about this at the time, so not sure if this part will be seen as reasonable by CISAS?0 -

Could you please still do this LGP? I know Chimper found an older online version, but I'd still like to see an original copy, to be sure?0 -

It certainly won't harm in comparing them, just to be certain. If it's easier for LGP, rather than scan and email/host copies of the terms, why not download the copy I found and compare it with the original.
The online version I found should be original as it's stored outside T-Mobile on a web archive. Document properties show it was created on 30/11/2010, and it's been archived since 03/05/2012.0 -

I haven't tried them but a file sharing site such as http://www.filedropper.com/ or http://www.filehostfree.com/ should be OK.0 -
Hope this works...

Just submitted my CISAS claim half an hour ago... they must be mounting up at CISAS HQ against T-Mobile now. Wonder how many they have had.
Have also e-mailed T-Mobile to advise that I have withdrawn my authorisation for them to use the direct debit to take funds from my account.
Another quick question - how have people e-mailed evidence to CISAS? Have you just forwarded on every e-mail between yourself and T-Mobile separately?
EDIT:
Just got my complaint in to Ofcom too for their refusal to issue a deadlock letter. It still astounds me that T-Mobile have take such a "we can do what we want" attitude to this knowing full well that if they refuse to issue a deadlock letter, that the consumer can do nothing but wait and (from T-Mobiles point of view hopefully) probably give up or forget about the complaint.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Who was the first person to submit a complaint to CISAS? I recall reading a few pages back (but can't find it now, the thread is so big) that someone was literally days away from seeing T-Mobile's response.... just wondering who it was and how long we have to wait.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
