I was listening to the radio on the way to work this morning and they asked a 6 year old boy what he wanted to be when he grew up.

He said he wanted to be a Hero

My oldest son has taken upon himself to arrange with my mum that he and his younger brother and sister can stay overnight with my parents so that I can attend a leaving party my friend is having before he migrates to New Zealand. It actually made me cry but I a bit overwhelmed that I have such a thoughtful and caring 14 year old.
