Hi ladies.
Sweetcarer. Nice SH heart. I'm sure you could stitch them in your sleep now
Louise. Very nice RM wedding piece. Reminds me I haven't framed the one I done for hubby and I yet.
As for me. No stitching done here for about a week now. Once the new kitchen is in and downstairs is back to normal I'll be able to get back to it.
I forgot how tiring physical work is! I have been spending the mornings doing what prep I can in the kitchen then by the time I have had lunch and showered I have been too tired to concentrate on stitching in the afternoons.
Thankfully the hard work is done now. Carpenter is in today and tomorrow, Dad will tile sometime next week then we can varnish woodwork and hang the new doors at our leisure.
Lord knows how I would cope if we kids to run around after aswell :rotfl::heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Hi guys just letting you know the baby I stitched the pink bear for was born yesterday morning, so i'll get the details done washed and framed then show it off
Mrs_T_M, its funny you should mention needles I normally only have some from kits I've done, but I somehow lost them all so I bought my first set of needles last week, I got gold plated ones, they seem pretty good so far :TCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0 -
nmm - I just bought the nickel ones because they're cheaper. I'm really hoping that I don't have an allergic reaction to them. It's bad enough that I've stitched so much that I cannot feel anything on the tips of my thumb and pointer finger of my right hand any longer! I do want to get some of the gold plated ones eventually, but other, more important things have to come first right now.0

Hi ladies. Nme show use another pic when its framed.
Well ive stopped smoking today. Well last night really:j. So far so good but had a few difficult moments.
Im off work today zo I thought it's best to keep busy.
Just dying my hair. Then I'll make tea and hopefully fit some stitching inI'm trying so hard to be thrifty, but it doesn't come naturally. You lot are an inspiration!JUST LOVES THE O/S BOARD0 -
I paid £1.65 for 10 gold plated needle mix in sizes 24, 26 & 28 as I use both 14 and 16 count, I thought it was quite cheap.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

Ordered my first ever pack of needles last week and decided to go for the gold plated (10 for 80p) as they seemed quite popular with a few of the stitchers here. After giving them a go on Let's Do Wine - I'm a gold plated convert. :j
Atm I am falling in and out of love with Let's Do Wine and will probably be very pleased when it is finished. Not thinking of the making it into a cushion yet - will cross that bridge later.
Good luck with giving up smoking winnie. Just think of all that extra stash you will be able to buy instead:)
Pleased to hear that the baby has finally arrived nmm and looking forward to seeing pic of framed finish.
Just ordered a £10 M&S voucher for £5 (via Groupon) - so I think a little treat will be coming my way.
It's bloomin freezing here again today (11 degs). When are we going to get some sunshine???
Take care everyone

Evening to all
Just wondering if anyone had stitched any of the Polstitches designs. Just come across the Heart Stitchery design in an old mag and wondered if anyone had stitched this or anything similar. Is it worth buying the kit as I assume you get some Polstitches fabric included.
