ohhh FE are the linin trousers thick linin or "i can see what pants you're wearing" linin (can you tell I've made that mistake in the past)

I need some new work trousers and linin are soo comfy in the summer and look quite smart if you get the right ones.

can only find croped ones on their website but it's only 5min from work so could look at lunch on Tuesday.

    Ta.

yes they are to my inspection thick linen. I actually got them in the d o r othy p. concession bit in b.hs but the top I saw in the same concession - they didn't have my size but I found this in the actual shop so I guess they both have similar stuff. I haven't bought any DP stuff for years - used to shop there all the time.

  • I used to get all my clothes in Dotty P's... but then i moved on to M&S and never usually go in there now.

I like linen trousers for work too (as long as they are mixed with cotton so ironing is minimalised).

I have been out to Dunelm buying fabric today. I got the cutest stuff with little doggies on. I am making all my crimbo presents this year, so am buying pretty bits and bobs when I see them.

right ,back to the x-stitching. My mojo has returned so I am taking advantage of it :) xxx

    very neat daisy FE

I think that'll look fine SC not as bright as the others but that's the nature of yellow - go too dark and it'll start falling into another colour spectrum.

Hi guys loving the updates, my dreaded swollen finger is back  Its tenosynovitis which is an inflammation of the tendon sheath, I had an injection that fixed it but only temporary it seems. TBH the only thing where I bend my finger a lot is my cross stitching, maybe its to blame :( I don't care though I love stitching and will carry on, its not painful when I stitch :D

Anyway, an update on Brednall's AOY I've finished all the background and done the backstitch on the kids to show you all a before and after.
