I bought my Michael Powell book with my last valued opinions voucher... I like it :-)

There are some lovely designs inside and for the price of [what a cross stitch mag costs] I think it is excellent value.
  • Am very tempted by the MP design book. I've just collected £10 for a winning lottery ticket so am £9 up Wondering whether to invest some of my winnings in the book ..........

does it not suggest one? I'd be using 12/14 ct aida as that's what's in my stash.

Do you know, I haven't actually paid any attention to what fabric size etc it tells you to use?!!! I was thinking of using 14 count white but wondered if anyone thought a coloured aida might suit some of the designs better.
  • That's pants sweetcareer, hope you are ok x
