Oh I know, isn't it beautiful.
However, I have the window and the bothy lighthouse to finish, and I've only done 50 of my 100 cats & a mouse... I am bad...
And to make matters worse, the threads, beads fabric and pattern cost £140 :O
But.......... I love it0 -

Will the addtional pay more than cover the extra travel costs/time? And don't be too sentimental about letting people down at work - loyalty is not really appreciated and you need to do the best for you and your family.
I should get help with travel money so that will be a bonus and with a promotion I should eventually get a pay rise. My boss (not the nasty one) had a look over my application and totally revamped it - said I couldn't write the way I speak. But when giving me it back he said I need to change it to way I would write. I know he is helping - bless. Said to him I am not applying to get away from him or the team but other influences namely my line manager who has a dig each time she visits me. Spoke to HR today about it and asked is it possible to go to the unit to visit it. So will spend tonight reading over application and then send it off - it has to be in by midnight Friday - but as it is an internal application form I have to submit it while I am at work so by 4pm Friday. Still having feelings of guilt but as you lot have told me not too.
Thank you for all your support - so kind of you x
Well better get on - might even get a little done on my blue heart for Sandy Hook.
Kind wishes to all

Ohhh - PS - waste canvas - my tip, use a pattern with only whole stitches - so much easier. I stitched a butterfly onto a dressing gown once - made it different.:j cross stitch forever, housework whenever :j0 -
Where is the best place to buy waste canvas? I have some tiny onesies that I'd like to stitch a few things on (we are trying for a little one) but I'm still a bit clueless for the how of stitching on things other than aida!0

You could just use tiny bits of aida...
But... sewandso.co.uk sell it - they sell everything!
Or, try ebay.0 -

Morning all. I have a couple of questions please. Can anyone help me out with the bookmark chart from cross stitcher - the one that was s bit controversial as it didn't fit the fabric provided? Can't find my issue of the mag.
Also can anyone help with a chart for a black & white lighthouse. A friend has asked for one for her mum but not too much red in it.
