morning all - yesterday was a spend day - a much needed supermarket shop to the grand total of £50. I have decided to set a budget of £200 all in - to cover all spends including food and petrol. I am down to the last fumes of petrol but am planning on a number of stay at home sfd days - and hoping to tackle the garden (weather permitting of course)
I really liked the idea of throwing / ebaying / charity shop 100 items and have already thrown 50 items that have been cluttering up the space. Like others I am aiming to make £100 from ebay sales but will need to watch the increased postage costs!
Have a lovely day everyone.44 day challenge

Good afternoon all :0)
Had quite a productive day today. Paid £50 off my water arrears (not counting this as a spend as bills to me don't count). Making some curried parsnip soup with some leftover parsnips and carrots and onion from aldis super six. DD and I had a good clean downstairs done 2 loads of washing, which are currently making the most of the tiny amount of sunshine and wind out on the line!
We've also sorted through clothes and have listed some on EBay (and already have 1 watcher!)
And have had my first SFDhappy happy!
Hope you all have a good day xPAD 2023 Debt total as of Dec 2022 £18,988.63*April £17,711.03

Hello all!
Yesterday was SFD. Didn't even leave the house as I was on work duty. Today I've spent £1.50 buying butty fillings for lunches this week. I get bored of soup everyday. Will also need to buy milk on the way home as Hubby has decided to cut down on his bread intake to once a day. So if we're having butties for lunch it'll have to be cereal for breakfast. And if we have toast etc for breakfast, he'll have to have soup for lunch. He'll only moan that cereal doesn't fill him up and that soup is boring. I reckon it'll last a week, tops!
Hoping the oven works tonight. Tried cleaning it over the weekend and it wouldn't work yesterday. Kept blowing the leccy everytime I tried to switch it on. Fingers crossed it's just damp somewhere and just needs time to dry out. Good thing my hob's gas0 -

Not had aSFD today as we needed coffee and sth for DS to eat at the airport/plane on Thursday as I don't want to buy him crap there and I forgot to get those things on Saturday with the food shop. Also got Euros which I've taken out of my spending intstead of the savings, will see if that works if I'm really tight this month. Cooked a massive lump of beef that was on offer in LIDL in the slowcooker yesterday. Yum, and we'll have another 3 portions for the three of us frozen down. Got loads of other meaty things frozen so should only need fresh food and nappies for the rest of the month when we get back next week.
I think I also gonna do a 100 things to declutter list. Most stuff will go to the bin/recycling but maybe I'm lucky and find some more to sell.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -

Isn't it a good feeling when you sell something? It's quite addictive isn't it?! Well done :0)PAD 2023 Debt total as of Dec 2022 £18,988.63*April £17,711.03

Yes it is. Now I'm just thinking if other things I can put on. Just text my friend asking if she wants to do a carboot (we can then split the fee). I have sooooo much rubbish in my house that I just don't use anymore.

We went through our stuff this morning, had a pile of stuff for charity shop, but I figured if I can sell some of them and pay off my debts with the money, and give away some other stuff that probably won't sell then its all good:)
