Well I hope they don't do anything silly like treating them as food waste.

Perhaps they'll send them elsewhere where people will be happy to eat the products.

    Did I speak too soon??

    From http://www.masterfoodsconsumercare.co.uk/veg_faq.asp

Q3. You make lots of other brands – what about the suitability of them?
A3. Other products will also be suitable for vegetarians including Minstrels, Revels, and Ripple. However, Twix, Bounty and Celebrations will continue not to be suitable for vegetarians.

If I had a choccy bar, it was usually a Twix:mad:

i'm afraid there are a lot of veggies that DO eat fish.

i dont quite understand the loophole they claim myself but it happens

You , or they are talking out of your/their a**e.

As Tam Lin points out , it needs pointing out :confused::confused: if they eat fish they are NOT , I repeat NOT a vegetarian - they, as Tam has already clarified twice, are just misusing the term.

I'm vegetarian - now pass me that beefburger.

I used to work with someone who claimed they were veggie because they only eat chicken no red meat :confused:

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying
