Please, there are many "download via......" options on the site, which of them is good and what software can open it?, i have tried to download the video but cannot view or open it.

you need to get winRAR to extract the file to a folder, then you can watch the video

Lastly I realise that this phone is not listed but I have visited the GSM Hosting forum & people have claimed to unlock a 6300 as it is a BB5 phone & also the the nokia N90/91 both have mini usb ports instead of the old pop ports.

whoever said they unlocked a 6300 with this very old software is lying. don't waste your time it will never work. only mt-pro can unlock that phone and its cost us more than £3000.00.

Ive managed to unlock my 6630 following the instructions!! It does work! but I cant try other sims in phone as I set the phone to ask for security lock code when i change sims! I cant remember what it is, Ive tried 12345 and 5 zeroes, date of birth.. For the life of me cannot fathom it, i usually would leave it as the default so god knows what it is...Is there any way of resetting this security code or would I need to take to a Nokia centre?

you could try debranding it, that might reset the phone security codes. Be aware if its the sim PIN or PUK code then thats different.

Hey there,

I have read this entire thread. I bought a dku-5 cable from ebay (clone) to use to unlock my 6680. It came with drivers, and seems to be a prolific unit. Its hopeless, i have tried 3 different driver versions (including the one linked here, etc) - and the furthest it gets is reading the imei before the bb5 app hangs, with occasional windows crashes when i have it plugged in. Same result on another pc i have here.

So, what i was thinking was i'd !!!! the stupid USB aspect of this off and just splice the dku-5 connector onto a db9 connector so that its just plain old serial, giving me a cable much like:

I saw further up that someone used an old 3310 fbus cable and spliced it on, but i've had no luck finding pinouts. Can anyone help me out?

Sounds like you have been unlucky with the cable. The exact one that I bought is below the drivers come with it on a CD.

£4 delivered, have used it to unlock my 6630 my 6680. Only Problem I have now is trying to debrand the handsets as both security codes that I thought it was havent been accepted, unbelievable as they are both ex contract handsets of mine and I always leave it as the default 12345. I wonder if its possible for this to be corrupted somehow as Im sure I didnt change it from 12345 and have tried every other permutation I can think of. Argh!!

So Ive had a look for the Nemesis Service Suite at http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/software.htm

But it wont let me download, when I click on the zip file to download it just takes me to this page http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/NSSDownloadLanding.htm


Can anyone email/pm me a copy of this or tell me where else I can download a copy? Thanks
