Odds-n-sods - good luck for Friday
Queenie - is that MS Money you are talking about? If so, then well done! I am too lazy to keep up with Money and get weeks and weeks behind and then get lost. I take my hat off to anyone who can keep it up and running (well, I would if I were wearing one:D)

Not raining here yet. It was supposed to rain yesterday but it didn't get round to it until 5ish in the afternoon, so fingers crossed it may do the same today!!

I'm in the middle of a big de-clutter of our bedroom - I am far too sentimental and keep almost everything that has some memory attatched - and I came accross my old baby shawl. My mum used it for me and gave it to me when I had my babies, so it has huge sentimental meaning to me. nyway, came accross it yesterday and feel really sad as it has a huge mark in the middle of it, like a rust stain but it was nowhere near anything rusty :( Feel really sad and am hoping that it will come out if I soak it today.

Sorry - wittering on!! Flylady list this morning. Taking kids to the library after lunch - will have to get them to gather up their books this morning. Empied the wardrobes/drawers yesterday whilst de-cluttering and found clothes in colours that don't suit me, three sizes too small (none too big, so that may be a hint that I have put on some weight recently!! *sigh*) etc. So plan to go through it all today and be ruthless.

WM on, BM on, about to fill the SC for tonight (dinner tonight mixed bean chilli, rice and salad)

Have a good day - hugs and good wishes to those that need / want them.

    Morning,

Am in tears already!!! I won't go in to it coz DD's are in room n it will make me worse - I've told them its hayfever.

My night time routines totally not happening at all so I'm left with it all in the mornings. I've washed up, put TD on, done lunch box, signed school diary, done kids breakfasts and my essential coffee and started on the flylady thread.

FYI....on my 2nd driving test I failed because I nearly knocked down a cyclist!!

I'm taking all the hugs going this morning.

    Luv n hugs to all,

    Jxxx

Yes, it is and I do confess to letting it get behind :o Hence my boast  I've also had another budget sheet designed by one of our MSE'ers, but I got my knickers in a twist with that one and found it didn't do everything I wanted/needed in the way I wanted it/needed it. Sooooo, I've also been designing my own Excel spreadsheet (still in the paper stage rather than the up and running on computer stage though). I'm also, finally, getting around to setting up address lists for mail merges/mailing labels. I'm on the computer for so many different things now, that it's a bit like housework and in my bid to be more organised since taking on more things, I'm actually having "dedicted" scheduled tasks on the computer. Last week I did some computer housekeeping by deleting files, compressing and saving to disk other files etc. So now I can concentrate on keeping up with bills, cash flow and daily spends. I hate it when I get behind and it all builds up. But a couple of dedicated hours yesterday and I feel re-motivated.

twink - thank you for asking about my friend. She's still hanging in there! She is just incredible!!! Her positive attitude is simply mind blowing and she's such a great believer in mind power, she's confounding the Dr's with how she's doing. Obviously it can't change the forecast, but she's making every moment count.

    Morning everyone,

It's dry here and its supposed to stay dry for most of the day. :j :j

jet77 BIG ((((hugs)))) for whatever is troubling you. Hope you feel better soon. Aussie ((((hugs)))) to you too. Read about your news last night.

dlb DD also starts her SATs today. I'm more worried about her than I was about DS - maybe its because she's my baby, I don't know. Good luck to all the mini OSers doing tests, exams, etc this week.

oddsnsods good luck for Friday. I chickened out of my first test because when I tried to reverse round a left-hand corner in my practice test somehow I ended up sitting straight across the road blocking both sides.

Made a bean soup yesterday so will have some of that for lunch today. Its very filling.

Dinner will be more of the rubber chicken that I cooked on Saturday.

Time to wake DS and DD. Have a marvellous Monday. xx

    Morning everyone.

WE are grey and dull too. Wet cats again this morning, and one of them went and led on all my menu notes (sigh) and now they are all damp soggy and muddy lol. Oh well.

Today I'm roasting a chicken. Shall hopefullu pop a couple of cakes in to cook along side it. Thinking of making a fruit cake and a cherry cake. Also have some bread to use up, so think a bread and butter pudding might be in the making as well :-)

Have the schooling to do today.

I'm a bit tired as I've had a bad night. My 9yr old had a nasty cold last week, and last night her ear was aching. She came in bed with us in the early hours of the morning, and I couldn't get back to sleep for ages. Shall try and get a snooze later.

Shall have to quickly nip out to the shops later. Time of month, and I forgot to get some in (sigh) !!!!

    Everyone have a prosperous day.

    Hugs all round.

    Morning All

At work yet again. Got a thumping headache, which has been annoying me ever since I got home from Florida. Hoping the weather's going to be better today after the horrendous rain we had yesterday

I need to get into town later as there's something I want to buy. Managed to get my trip to Northern Ireland booked on Saturday but the prices:eek: I need to get saving again!!!

Got a cheque to pay in today for £50 and nearly reached pay out on archerfish. Ciao is nearly up to a tenner, so I'll withdraw that then.

Had to put money on my phone yesterday, so that should last me the month at least.

Food is all HM and in my bag ready to be eaten!

    Hope everyone's ok
