@B_M, I can assure that we have not removed the reviews, as this merchant has switched programs, there have been no recent reviews added by members for transactions made whilst on this program.
@tosh124, I am sorry to hear this, when a transaction goes on to be declined by the merchant, we are not always provided with a reason why this is the case but this is why we have the claims system, it allows us to appeal any declined decision received. The claims process itself can be long-winded due to the channels that have to be followed, but we will always aim to get back to you with a positive resolution. If you have not already closed your account, I would be more than happy to take a look at this for you? You will be able to email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your claim details if you would like me to do this.
@Ella0213, please be assured that this is not a scam, I do apologise that both claims were declined by the merchant. Were you able to appeal these further via the claim at all? Are you able to get back to me with the declined reasons provided, I would be happy to explain these further for you? @sarahj1986, It can take up to 7 days for a transaction to track, but if this does not show for you once this time has passed, could you lodge a claim for an untracked transaction via the Customer Care section on your account? We can then look into getting this tracking in your account as expected.

The one advising I received my money after going to the FOS?No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Hello TCB, please help
I placed an order through TCB for Virgin Media in March this year, the installation has complete but my |TCB has not tracked although there is evidence on my TCB account of me having visited the retailer.
I have lodged this numerous times with TCB and am simply getting nowhere at all. Is there any chance that I will receive this cashback and where do I go from here?

Placed two orders for sky one in april 21 and second on may 12th this year and still no cashback well over the 13 weeks stated and can you contact them trying to get a support ticket just goes round in circles. Thought they may be waiting to pay both claims together but there saying money from sky for april came in in august so wheres mine.0

I had a transaction with Topcashback in May 2013 for Maria.com for £15 cashback - this retailer is not on TCB anymore - but it has still not been paid. It has been sitting as "confirmed" for about a year. I have been chasing this up for the last 6/7 months with TCB but keep just being told to be patient - there is only really so much patience a person can have after this length of time. The fact is it is now 16 months since the transaction took place - that really is quite shocking. Can you look into this?0

@tcb. Is it the actual date you want or the exact time also?
I'm not too sure if you are serious, but do you think I make a note of the date I leave reviews?
Again, ask the member of staff who removed the review, they will be your best option.
Regardless, do you think tcb would replace an honest review which was obviously negative and a warning to others? Maybe tcb, the merchant or both, don't like negative feedback?
Positive anyway, I have actually received payment from a financial merchant ahead of the stats and believe me, this rarely happens (in my experiences) with tcb.
So a fantastic cash back experience for a great product. Thank you.
