    I have tried Safari and Google Chrome on a Mac computer, still can't log in on both browsers… very frustrated!

    @adandem, as B_M has said, this will be because of the extra top-up you have earned from being a Plus Member and would be deducted if you opt to downgrade. If you do not wish to remain a Plus Member for a second year though, you will be able to view when this is due to roll over by going to your 'My Profile' section and selecting 'Membership Details' on the right hand side, then please feel free to contact us on a support ticket after this date and we would be happy to go through this with you.

    Hi,

    I purchased a Direct Line Home insurance Policy on 1st November 2013 via the link on TCB which offered £42.00 cashback. I paid in full with a debit card, registered my purchase on the DL website as requested and the cashback has been showing as 'confirmed' for months on end.

    I have met all the relevant parts of the T&C's including waiting 3 months to ensure all neccesary payments were made (despite the fact i paid in full). I have submitted two support tickets since March but just constantly get told to be patient. I can't believe that my wife has progressed through an entire pregnancy in the time i have waited for the cashback to be paid. The estimated time for it to be payable is 34 weeks, i have now been waiting 42 weeks.

    I'm really annoyed with both TCB and Direct Line for such poor customer experience. Is there any hope of seeing this money?

    I did my first online shop with Asda in early May. £12 for £60 shop. It did not track!! Although it is showing within TCB. Was put on ice until June.


    I have sent two nudges, but have heard nothing. Can you help, if so what do you need

    @flashbang, this issue has been going on for many months and tcb still refuse to remove DL from the site. Tcb have even removed the reviews from DL!
    The tcb forum is also down and there was a lot of help there in recovering the cash direct from the merchant.
    Perhaps Samantha or another tcb member of staff can help you out and point you in the right direction to recovering your long awaited cash back? Or will tcb just tell you to wait and wait (a polite way of telling you to go away)?

    @tcb, what is the situation with the forum maintenance? This is long past it becoming a joke!
    Is it coming back 'soon' (as stated) or not? A truthful answer would be welcome.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.
