Hi, My wife, son and myself all had accounts with topcashback but all have been closed due to "Fradulent use". I had been in contact with the tcb support team to get this resolved as we had been keen users of the site and had got many of our friends to use the site as well. At the start it all seemed to be getting resolved but now I am not getting any response from anyone at topcashback.

The reason I was given was that all three accounts were paying into one account (A joint account for My wife and myself) , My son was paying into this account as a small contribution to the household bills. I have read through the terms and cannot find any reference to this not being allowed.

My main gripe is that I was due to be paid at least £125, my wife was due at least £50 and my son around £20 and all of this was legitimately earned through the tcb site.

I would like to know why I am now not getting any responses from topcashback and when this is going to be resolved.

    Regards

    Brian

Did one of you get referral credits for the other two? Maybe TCB think you're really one person?

No we did not do referrals for each other and these accounts had been created several years ago.

Top cashback is a scam. It states it is free to use. But this is untrue it cost £5 pm to use

Really? It's £5 per year for TCB Plus membership:

"We do not charge any joining fee whatsoever for any of our members.
There are also no annual administration fees for our Classic account members and we charge just £5 per year for our TopCashback Plus members for a host of extra rewards."
