I have two long standing earnings claims that have been "waiting for merchant response" since May and June 2013. Both are fairly significant amounts (one is Vodafone £100, and the other is Nationwide £65) but despite two "nudges" in the last three months, there hasn't been any change or update.

As a "plus" member, I do wonder if the £5 payment makes any difference to the service levels - and as my mobile contract is now coming up for renewal soon, I will probably go through Quidco this time to avoid another unpaid amount.

    Hi there.

@anipri, I am sorry to hear that you and you wife are not able to access your accounts. So that we are able to take a look into this for you, please could you contact us via email at contact@topcashback.co.uk?

@Jaxer, unfortunately being a Plus Member does not have any impact on the speed that your claims are resolved, this is purely down to the channels that we have to follow to receive a response. I can take a look into your claims for you and see if there is anything that I can do to assist with these. Please could you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk so that I can do this?

    Kind regards,
    Samantha

Just a word of caution for everyone who decides to use Topcashback for their cashback. My recent experience in regards to claims is very disappointing: In February 2012, I made the mistake of using them to get a Virgin Money FTSE ISA. This didn't track, I raised a claim which after 16 months of waiting, was finally accepted (September 2013). This however, wasn't the end: after 6 months of being accepted, it went to "declined", with the explanation that the "transaction could not be traced". Topcashback seems to find the whole blunder quite logical and concluded that "cashback is never quaranteed", which obviously seems to them quite logical and acceptable (waiting for ages for a £50 cashback to be accepted, then waiting for months and months for this to be paid and then get declined because it was never there). So be careful and beware...
