Last year I converted some cashback to Tesco points.

Now I'm told I've already used the maximum allowed for this (which is £50) for the year.

This isn't true, as I've only ever converted about £24.

Is the annual maximum per calendar year, or within any 12 month period?

I would hope to be allowed nearly £26 now, plus the original £24 again either from May onwards, or perhaps already if the qualifying period is the calendar year.

How do I split the amount I have on the account, to move just part of it?

    Hi Redux.

    Thank you for your question.

The 12 month period for withdrawing Tesco Clubcard Points will start from the date that you first made a withdrawal via this payout method.

If you have more than £26 available to withdraw, then you would need to split your payment. You can do this by going to the 'payments' page on your account and selecting to 'split your payout by merchant'.

If you only have a single amount at payable in your account which amounts to more than the £26 that you are still able to add to your Clubcard, then you would not be able to withdraw this via Tesco Points as we are not able to split a singular cashback amount.

I hope that I have been able to help, if you require any further assistance with this at all, please feel free to email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk.

    Kind regards,
    Samantha

  • Good morning, I am very disappointed with Topcashback's response to dealing with Privilege Car Insurance not tracking in my account. I took out a policy on the 16th September based on getting £50 cashback. I've had to raise a claim for this transaction and it has still not appeared under pending almost six months later. I have been chasing this for months and the status changes from on hold to on ice to waiting for response from merchant. Today it has now changed to waiting for Topcashback. The reviews for Privilege are shocking and I cannot believe that Topcashback are not tackling these obviously ongoing issues. I have made six payments for my car insurance so I cannot see what the issue is. I look forward to a response from your representative to restore my faith in Topcashback.

Got a feeling mine took at least that long possibly longer I remember moaning about it on here we instead contacted our old company and got them to reduce the quote when we took out the next insurance, its due again soon and I might do the same though in all fairness it did come eventually though if I hadn't made a fuss I'm not sure if that would have been the case, I never count cash back as mine until I get it but it is annoying at times

I submitted a snap and save receipt for Mcain quick cook french fries but have had a response that I have not met the terms and conditions.

It does not say how I have not met them, so I am confused.

I bought Mccain quick cook french fries 750g from Waitrose, the receipt was in date, what is the problem please?
