    Hi Matt, this has been sorted - however I now have an issue, I bought a ipad contract through 3, it's now payable...but payable at £0.00 when it should be £55.00 I did put a claim in a while back so not sure why it's stuck at £0.00 - I'll email you the details shortly. Thanks

    @DUKE - this massively depends on when you complete the stay as they won’t progress until a few weeks after the stay has been completed.

    Another 2 months has passed and I still haven't received my cash back from .....

    14th June 2017

    After months of complaining I now get the same cut and paste, we're terribly sorry this is taking so long platitude.

    What is actually being done about resolving this?

    @ steve_taylor_ - We appreciate when it’s proving difficult to get a reply from the network it’s not ideal and does mean a claim staying at a single status a long time and we are sorry for that.

    Behind the scenes the claim will be going through various different processes to ensure this is resolved for you in hopefully a positive way.

    @ pjran – When a member requests this change we allow the option but we don’t actively switch the member as this is your choice. If this step wasn’t taken it will continue but I can happily check on it for you if you lodge a support ticket or email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk

    Many members are on classic membership and we are more than happy for them to be on this level if they think it’s the best level for them.

    @ POPPYOSCAR – It should take seven days max from the transaction tracking.

    How long does it take to show on Topcashback. I took out 2 sim contracts with Plusnet each for £11 cashback 7 days ago. They are not showing anywhere on our account

    There are a range of ways our team chase the networks to ensure we get a response this ranges from calls, documents, emails and sometimes can be meetings too. We follow every route we can to get you an update and a response as this is what we want for you.

    @Justice13075 – This can take seven days to track and as this hasn’t tracked you will need to lodge a claim for this I am afraid.

    I have 2 unpaid cashbacks:

    1. GoCompare energy - 28th Feb 2018. I've opened a support ticket and given full details of the purchase. It has been declined twice and is now waiting for the retailer. I'm not sure why this is being declined when I have an email from GoCompare confirming my switch?

    2. Expedia - 9th Feb 2018. The holiday in question was completed in August, but the cashback has not been paid over 2 months later. How long do you expect this to take?
