Hi TCB
I m still waiting 12 months later for cash back from Admiral for home insurance. Was enticed by the cash back to take out the policy otherwise would have renewed elsewhere. My cash back never tracked initially so had to submit a missing claim, but why is it taking so long?
Can I call admiral to chase?0 -

@Voyager2002 – Even when purchases do take a long time to progress due to validation periods they will still track within seven days. When a claim is lodged it generally takes 12-16 weeks
When it comes to cashback eligible the same decisions are made by the retailer no matter which cashback site you use and similarly the tracking network has the same tracking criteria.
@mountain-man – When this declined reason happens we can normally query this if you have a different order number to the one you have provided.
@mamabuddah – With more websites out there wanting to earn commission it’s arguably more important now to make sure you’re clearing cookies right before using our site and making sure your device is set up to give you the best chance of your cashback tracking successfully.
TopCashback will always record you using our links and this is different to the tracking network’s ability to track a purchase which is down to the connection of the cookie from our website to your purchase.
@*pinkie* - We would advise against speaking to the retailer direct as they will likely be unable to provide support about this.

Nudges are a waste of time...TCB basically say that themselves...they are going from bad to worse...No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -

Why does it take so long for ebookers to pay up? I've been waiting since February for one payment. I've had another on the go since August, & do not want to have to wait as long as the first. Both say estimated payable 12 weeks, this changed yesterday to 14 weeks. What is going on?0
