@MoneyMate- I am sorry that you are disappointed and I can understand your disappointment with this but the claims process can sometimes take time due to the individual nature of claims and if the team need to query further with the network. The team would need to get the retailers network to come to a resolution for your claim before it can progress. Please bear with this and hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer.


@abandoned- This could be to do with apple products being updated and we are aware of some issues with safari which is why members are asked to use a different web browser. If you are having issues please submit a support ticket on your account and our team can take a more in depth look for you

My wife was using chrome and not safari. However, will pass on your message re suppport ticket.

Is is possible to get cashback out of the reward wallet and have it by BACS instead please? I've got some sat there but it's not enough to use for a voucher and I don't want to go that route atm, I'm taking it all by BACS instead?

I have given up all hope of ever seeing the cashback owed to me by high-end retailer The Conran Shop who have now blocked me from their Facebook page so I can't leave any more snotty posts. What I don't understand is why they are still listed as a merchant on the TCB website.

I can assure you that we try our hardest to get cashback to members as quickly as possible but sometimes we cannot achieve that due to the complex nature of some transactions. Please submit a support ticket and our team will take a further look into this to see if there is anything we can do to progress this.

Topcashback, i have turned to MSE to try and get a response other then the stock responses or just being ignored on your website.

I purchased a surface pro on the 28th of June with the cashback rate of 15%, it initially tracked lower and paid out at 89 pounds (instead of 270) , I logged a ticket in July '17 to look at this and is yet to come to any kind of resolution being fobbed every couple of months?

Its now 15 months on from the initial complaint, i think i have given TCB enough opportunities to resolve this and i feel as if i am getting no where!

Please restore my faith in TCB!
