Hey everyone,
@ November2 – Can you just reply to the claim for me to explain this is not tracking correctly? Our claims team will take it from there )
@ POPPYOSCAR – I would like the chance to take a second look over this and so if you could DM that would be great.
Best wishes,
Matt
Sorry only just seen this.
Thank you but TBH I really cannot be bothered toing and froing over 50p anymore!
I am making sure I keep proof of 'activation' for all future offers.
Can you not just show it in the account as soon as you activate it as one of your competitors does, and then decline if a purchase is not made?0 -
Hello
I've just bought a Morethan Insurance policy under your 24 hour deal.
This seems to have tracked at 50% of what it should have.
£65.65
Can this be corrected without the faff of raising a claim, as it must be an error as none of your published rates are offering 65.65.
Thanks0 -
Hi, could you please tell me why my cashback has been declined from easyjet on the basis that "the correct cashback has already been received for this transaction" whereas I have not received a penny! Every stage was done through your site as instructed.
Thanks in anticipation.0 -
Hey everyone,
@POPPYOSCAR – Cheers for the suggestion. We’d rather not display this in your account and decline it later if it’s ineligible. This can cause a lot of confusion. That’s not to say that work can’t be done to improve the system if it is the case that the bonus should have been added in automatically for you.
@BXboards - I would advise you to lodge a claim but I will look into the wider tracking to see if this is something that can be swiftly sorted.
@onejontwo – It would be best for me to check this on your account to see what has happened. Can you email the details over to mse@topcashback.co.uk ?
Many thanks,

Thanks for the reply - was there a wider issue or a one off?
In my experience, claims simply go unanswered hence reluctant to do this, as it seems inefficient when it seems to be a systematic issue - I have several TopCashback claims going over 2 years, and all seem to be 'exclusive' or 24 hour offers, these often seem problematic.
I could raise a Claim, but experience tells me it'll just sit forever 'waiting for merchant...'0 -
Hey bxboards,
Currently, I am just asking the team to see if we'd expect the cashback to track lower and uplift upon validation as officially speaking all purchases with this retailer are expected to track at £0 value until the confirmed status has changed.
I will let you know when I know more
Best wishes,

Great outcome Matt, everything sorted.
Much appreciated, thanks.0 -
Moneyfarm did not track.
Back in March, I made a significant investment in Moneyfarm through TopCashBack.
At the time it did not track: I assumed that this was normal since Moneyfarm want to ensure that clients hold their investments for a reasonable amount of time before paying cashback. However, when it came to mid-August and there was still nothing I raised a query.
Two months have passed, and I have still not heard anything. I am obviously unhappy since the cashback was significant (£100). More to the point, I need to use the money that was invested: if I now withdraw it from Moneyfarm, does that mean I never get the cashback?
As a general point, what is supposed to happen about Moneyfarm tracking?0 -
TOPCASHBACK
After years of being a loyal member - you have failed to pay out my £500 cashback from a £4600 holiday I took last year with Hotels.com
I have followed up several times with 'nudges' , ALL reference numbers etc and details required - only for a dismissive email from you saying that the claim has been declined as the 'Transaction cannot be traced'.
WHAT ??? Ive supplied all reference numbers, Ive had confirmation emails, booking numbers and actually took the holiday.
This is obvious evasion of paying out on the deal - hoping I will just give up and go away . NO WAY......
Come on - fairs fair. Pay out on the deal you offered that enticed me to book - or I will pursue this much further.0 -
It seems the number of tracking problems are increasing, I’ve noticed it especially when TCB are advertising a special deal....which if it is to expire in about 24 hrs never tracks correctly, wonder is it something to do with the rejigging of their web site? I mean how can it not track if when you query it they have the date and time...obviously counts for nothing...then when you give details of the transaction it takes ages to investigate...if you’re lucky...nudges don’t semi to make any difference....then again...they tell you that themselves. No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0
