Cool thanks B_M and Matt, my eBay transaction has now tracked but doesn't mention the £2.50 extra bonus on there? Does that appear later or has that not worked?
As long as you activated the bonus, it should show today.
For future think that Ebay transactions need to be reported back, rather than normal tracking.

Sorry just checked again and the bonus is showing now under the ebay transaction as a seperate transaction. I think the app just didn't update.0

I’ve emailed in. No auto-response - has it been received? What’s the normal response time? I also remember that on Merchants it used to tell you when TCB had most recently received a payment from the company concerned - it always helped me as I would then normally wait until roughly the same time the following month before querying.0

A few pages back I posted how often going via TCB could end up more expensive and asked for examples.
Two over the last few days:
BT Mobile SIM - you were offering 20.00 cashback. If you go to BT directly they were offering a 40.00 pre-paid Mastecard. If you go via TCB, the 40.00 Mastercard offer doesn't show.
Net loss by buying via TCB = 20.000 -
Re Barclays complaint.
Had my final call today from the same lovely lady from Barclays.
Compensation added to my Barclaycard as a credit and for more than my requested £20.
Also advised it was Barclays who have stopped TCB from offering Barclays products. Maybe more than just the one complaint? Who knows?
She was baffled though how and why TCB aren't regulated!
Only More Than to resolve and hopefully no more.

@ BXBoards - the prices of the product are the same with this. However, BT have decided to create an offer direct that if you go through them not through a commission source you will get a voucher. Sometimes these vouchers can be gained through us but it!!!8217;s not always possible such as in this case.
Basically, the commission it would have awarded to someone like us has used in a different way. This is not the same to if they had the same product but for a higher price.

I have £300 available for withdrawal / Payout.
I requested this last week, to date it is still not been processed and just states "Payment requested".
I have opened a support ticket, which has been ignored.
Opening another and also emailing the CEO Oliver Ragg has also proved fruitless.
They are ignoring all lines of contact and still now 6 days after requesting payout, no payment and the payment request hasn't been processed.
Any advice what to do next?0 -
