Hey everyone,
@ washable – I can’t say for sure when this will progress as it will ultimately be down to how fast they progress the transactions with the network and then this is passed over to us but hopefully it won’t be too much longer.
@Goldtigger - Any attempts to contact any direct member of staff will be referred back to customer support.
I do kindly ask that you email mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can look into this for you.
Best wishes,
Matt“Official Company Representative

I have emailed you, I'm really disappointed.
I've waited over 6 months for this cashback and soon as I want to withdraw my payout isn't made0 -
Sending the email was really fruitful. So the expected payable date is 12 weeks and we are now at 20. In the email you tell me to allow an extra 4-6 weeks before chasing it. I would say, given that it’s now an extra 7-8 that I have been more than reasonable. I will take advice given by a previous member and contact the company direct. Sending the email was completely pointless.;
“I can see the estimate has just passed for this. We do ask that you allow 4-6 weeks after this before chasing it up but if this doesn't progress within this time please do let me know.”0 -

Hi everyone,
@ Bugalugs – The date I could see in our system led to your estimate concluding at the end of January. If this isn’t the case please can you reply back to the email I sent? 😊
Best wishes,

My purchase date was 3rd September. Estimated payable date is 12 weeks which takes me up to start of December. Even then allowing for an extra 4-6 weeks TCB is now well overdue. It would, of course, have helped if my email had been read before being responded to with what amounted to an almost ‘auto reply’.0

Sadly TCB just don't get or don't want to get it!
Once upon a time, they used to advise only 4 weeks.
This has been extended of course to 4 - 6 weeks.
Why? Simple, as it's a delaying tactic hoping your cashback appears within the next payment run. 6 weeks sometimes allows 2 payment runs. Of course, TCB will claim to be 'doing everything they can' to chase up. Believe that? If yes, please come and see the fairies at the bottom of my garden!
The TCB marketing is very, very devious and you have to take it with a pinch of salt. Or, do as I do and take screenshots, get the nonsense ticket responses and go direct. Complain and provide the evidence.
As above (re Barclays).
During a lengthy conversation with the Barclays lady, I quote her:'How on earth do they get away with it?'
They 'get away with it', because they are allowed to!
They are unregulated and fools believe their garbage!
Good luck, but I believe you know what's necessary. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Good Morning,
How long should Cashback from your sister site "TopGiftCards" take? I would have thought it would've been really quick, but I bought one on 21st December and still not even confirmed, still pending. (it was during your additional £2.50 offer)How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -

I took advantage of this offer too (20th December).
Last payment is showing as October for September transactions, so a tad strange nothing since! Maybe they've changed affiliate network?
But, no average payment stats and mine too is stuck at 'pending'.
What is available is the TCB 'famous' inclusion:Unless otherwise stated expect transactions for this merchant to appear within 24 hours. Transactions are usually confirmed within a month and should become payable within 30 - 60 days after the event date, unless otherwise indicated on the Avg Payment Speed Statistics
So, you should see your cashback around Valentine's Day.
Unless............................ of course.
I'm sure TCB will apply their 'fair play policy' to this one if there should be a delay.

(probably needs the thick dust cleaned off and oiled)

I know what you mean. I'm scratching my head as to why this isn't payable. Mind you a wodge of TSM has become payable.
On the other hand I've just had a £15 decline. Claim made.0
