Is anyone, like me, having to regularly log back in to TCB? Once upon a time I was able to stay logged in or, at worst, my browser would remember my username and password and I could log in by clicking in the username field.
    Same here
@ digital – Our site will ask you to log in to secure areas if you have saved passwords enabled or have clicked the ‘remember me’ option. This is to ensure your account security.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

This is the same problem that happened a while back and it was fixed but has obviously reverted back. I get sent to the log in / register screen where the register details are pre filled instead of the log in.

  • Hi, I'm considering trying out one of the larger packages on Virgin because of the higher cashback rates however if I decide to downgrade later on does that impact my cashback? What are the cashback SLAs with Virgin?

    Thanks

That's surprising. So what's to stop people from just getting the top cashback then immediately downgrading?

    Hey,

@digital , @legendkiller2k8, molerat – Many thanks for reporting this, I will ask our Tech Team to investigate this for you.

@steve1500 – I can confirm we were last paid fairly recently and some transactions have been validated today. We're also expecting a payment within the next couple of days.

@legendkiller2k8 – I am glad you have started to see some progress with your transaction now.

@methodicallymad – If you move from a Plus to Classic Member we will remove any bonus top ups you have earned if you switch mid year.

    Many thanks,
    Matt

Check that you're allowed to downgrade first! I'd imagine you can't downgrade until you're out of contract.
