    The only cashback still not sorted is purchases i made with TCB.
    All other cashback sites aka Quidco have paid out yet TCB was done before the others.
    No doubt TCB will come along with their script saying "it's down to the network or merchant"

    It is now more than five months since our BT Broadband / TV / SIMOnly package inexcusably tracked at the wrong (BB/TV) rate. (£168 instead of the £215.25 promised).
    'Wrong amount tracked' claim was lodged within days, including the accurate AJM/BTCOM order number identifying this fully qualfying triple order. We read the warning that it could take months to change, so we have waited patiently, watching for the figure in the 'Pending' column to uplift.

    As it's still showing £168, we decided to send a message via claims and were horrified to read an 'update' from October saying 'the merchant has declined the missing commission claim'. (We assume this means the extra £47.25).

    Fortunately, as veterans of the inept cashback business (especially the networks), we record everything. Twenty-seven screenshots of order and payment process, including the relevant TCB pages, browser history, emails, even the tracking cookie from the bozos at Affiliate Window.

    So, if the full amount is not forthcoming, please be assured BT's CEO and head of marketing will both be receiving a large file of documents to peruse, plus a claim for our wasted time. We will only be the latest to successfully get direct redress this way, and as active BT shareholders should get a sympathetic hearing.

    To save having to deal with the merchant, you may wish to take a look at the transaction in our account, name TopCasbah.
  • Thanks for that, it is appreciated. So when I claim the money I won't get emails from hotels etc saying "thanks for claiming" etc? Once you claim usually do you ever get anything from the merchants or just one from TCB as confirmation?
  • 44 weeks now and still not Payable.

    The silence is deafening. I don't even know why I'm waiting so long.

    I mean REALLY know, not the silly flim flam I get on here.

    £105 Co-op Bank TCB became Payable today after 44 weeks, same day as the 29 weekers. Must be a spring clean before the sell off. Close the door on your way out.

    Now I could 'close my claim' but I think I will wait until December, about 44 weeks hence whilst I liaise with my affiliate carpet baggers, laggers and blaggers:eek:

    @LegendKiller2k8 – I’m sorry to hear about that. I am sure other people would have made similar purchases to you on our site and also had them all resolved and paid for already. It really does depend on those specific purchases you make and the circumstances behind them.

    @ woodface7 – It doesn’t matter to the merchant which affiliate gets paid, what matters is it’s paid to the correct referrer or referrers of the cashback and it can be the case there can be more than one, even if you clicked through just us and made a purchase. Cookies stay on your device for a long time sometimes, it’s why we do ask members to clear them right before logging in.

    @User123456789 – As a cashback site we work very much independently from the merchant. The merchant will not see what’s on your TopCashback account of if you have had to lodge a claim, have earned cashback with us etc and so you don’t need to worry about them emailing you regarding your activities on Topcashback :)

    @ Yorkshire Pud – I am glad to hear this has now been paid to us and we have been able to award you the cashback :)

    Is the estimated payable date x weeks from the transaction date?

    Also would there be any reason for a transaction not to go from confirmed to payable?

    I have 3 separate Tesco Direct transactions from between the 8th and 25th November 2016 which were all due to be paid within 8 weeks but none of these has yet reached Payable. I have just gone to submit a support ticket, but was advised to wait a further 4 weeks after the advised time! Surely it would make more sense to advertise a 12 week turnaround then??
  • Cannot get into the Web Site probably overloaded with people complaining
  • Is anyone waiting for a payout (or never received one) from Cheeky Bingo on Topcashback? If so, I'm collecting case studies on it.

    Can be from any time within the past few years.
