    Thanks for the confirmation Matt. Purchase made via TCB and highest claim in. Tracked fairly quickly.
    Same issue with Zalando, even with the 30% top up, Quidco's rate was superior. But, went via TCB and another claim in.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

  • I just logged in to TCB andf there was a £5 payout from them saying "incentive" Anyone else get this or can tell me what it is?

  • A couple of folks affected by the Co op Bank NoTopCashback fiasco have now posted replies from TCB about their so called missing cashback claims (they weren't missing until Co op Declined them) saying can't be traced as through TCB. So how could they be declined if they didnt track through TCB?

    One day we will get somewhere with this but not so far!:cool:

    Can someone from TCB please help? I made an order of over £70 from M&S about 3 weeks ago. I used TCB and got the usual pop-up telling me everything had tracked as I went through the link but as yet, no cashback, it's not even showing in my account.


    I have now sent through 2 tickets to ask about this but I have had no reply and am not sure what else to do, why are you ignoring my ticket requests?

    I'm trying to withdraw the credit I've collected on my account over this past year but every time I try to I am redirected to a log in page and it's not letting me log in. I know my password is correct, I have reset it and it is correct. I'm then having the same problem again (having to re-log in but unable to) when trying to submit a contact form. I've withdrawn money before and never had a problem and I am now getting very frustrated with the website.
    Please can somebody help and sort out your security problem ... it's currently so secure, I can't even log into my own account, even with the correct details :mad:

    I always thought that their should be a word beginning with "S" in front of Topcashback, word I have been thinking of is "Super" :rotfl:

    Missing cashback claim shows as still at waiting for merchant status which indicates that TCB have themselves changed what had become confirmed to declined back to confirmed status en-masse
  • Hello, I've had the National Lottery £27 pending on my account since the 24th of August. The estimated payable hasn't changed in the last month at least, it just says 7 weeks. Is there any reason why this is still taking so long to sort out?

    I just checked my TCB missing cashback claim log and it has changed from Waiting for Merchant to Waiting for TopCashback.

    Matt does this mean TCB has the funds now to pay me!?:)
