I'm confused, so it's not 30% off? Will not be ordering the books as they are too expensive without the discount.0

Hey November2,
Depending on our investigations we may change the wording to up to 30% discount code. I would advise you to add the code to your basket before purchasing before making the purchase decision. This re-calculates the basket and so you can see how much this costs before making the purchase. The codes are provided by the merchant via their network and so apart from re-wording the title of the voucher, it may be the alternative is to remove this which as I am sure you can appreciate is not the preferred option in cases like this.
Best wishes,

Hi TCB
I made a purchase via your Microsoft Store link for an 'Exclusive' offer of 35 off a purchase on 29th November.
This tracked at the wrong rate (1%), and has not uplifted (in all my years with TCB I have never had an incorrect tracker uplift later) so I have put in a Claim. I can see from another forum this happened to lots of other people.
As this was a TCB 'exclusive' is this likely to take months for the merchant to reply?
As the item has a 30 day return window, and I am minded to exercise that right.
Thanks0 -
HI Bxboards,
The Microsoft rates work a bit differently to others. They'll track the original rate like normal and then either add the other cashback on top or add it in as a separate transaction - depending on whether you've paid out the original cashback amount. This can take it's time and is normally after the transaction has moved to payable. We do ask all members to not base their purchasing decisions on expected cashback amounts and so it's down to you what you decide to action.
Best wishes,

I know I haven't used topcashback in some time, but i've discovered i'm apparently a "Plus" member ???
I certainly have zero interest in being a "Plus" member if it means it's going to cost me £10 a year because I won't be using TCB often enough to justify that.
Can it be changed ?. Will I still be charged ?0 -

On a brighter note I opened a Tesco credit card last week through TCB it tracked overnight becoming Pending and became Confirmed today. The card arrived today and I used it today:T
Co-op Bank what is wrong with you or your whipping boys, I mean affiliates;) eight months no CB yet.
Another week of no TCB from Co-op Bank account opened in good faith April 2016.
35 weeks waiting so far. Estimate' 29 weeks.
Will update every week for the next few years, then give up.0 -

Normally I would agree you with but this cashback was for a specific product, so in this case, naturally if the specific product is promoted exclusively with 35 off, then this will play into the purchasing decision - if it didn't you wouldn't be promoting it on behalf of Microsoft!0 -
To Matt, Top cash back Rep.
I changed gas suppliers on the 6th August 2016 and have a cash back pending of £29.00. This was with N Power and according to your site can take up to 26 weeks. However if I move again before the cash back is made would I lose this money. I did ask N Power but suggested I speak to Top cash back.
Thanks.0 -
Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all well.
@jasonwatkins - As this is a cashback deduction, if you earned no cashback during that year no cashback will be deducted. However, if you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk I can certainly look into your membership and talk you through the options available.
@ Yorkshire Pud - I am truly sorry this hasn't progressed for you yet. I will speak to the members of staff looking into this to ensure they are doing what they can to get this resolved.
@bxboards - Merchants do have different commission rates for different purchases and this can be specific products. As a 100% cashback site, it's only right we pass this on to our members.
@MABLE - The cashback may be affected if you switch again before the cashback progresses to payable. Merchants like this tend to have a few months validation period and they will only progress the cashback if the policy is still active etc.
I do hope this helps.
Best wishes,

Hi TCB
My OH made a purchase through ebay of £65.88 when the offer was 5% and £5 for spending over £50.
The cashback has tracked at 72p will this uplift or does he need to put in a claim?
Thank you.0
