@lammy1952- I have had a look at what I believe to be your account based on your MSE handle and it does look as though your AA Car Insurance was paid in 2014 and had gone on to be requested by yourself. Would you kindly just be able to check this on your account once more? If there is no progression here then if you can send in a support ticket through your account then we can be sure that we are checking the correct transaction for you and would be able to advise further from there also should you wish.
@bartman- I can assure you that we would never wish to deceive our members and tracking issues can occur on occasion. As we have stated previously it can take a few months for a claim to be resolved as we do need to allow time for this to be investigated further with the relevant merchant/network but will always keep you updated through the Claim thread as any new information is received. We do just need to ask you to bear with this in the meantime as we will do all we can to recover this amount for you.
@isleofdogs- Unfortunately Hilton are another merchant that we are currently actively chasing in terms of payments and these are being worked through on their side at this time. Due to their popularity then as I'm sure you can imagine it can be a fairly longwinded process but we will always continue to chase this up and do all we can to get this paid in our members' accounts as soon as possible. Although the merchant may no longer be listed on site, we are still confident that these funds will be received as expected in due course.
@Yorkshire Pud- We are still pursuing this issue also and as such I hope that this will be paid for you soon. My sincere apologies for the frustration that this has caused in the meantime however.

1st transaction of the year via TCB and a known problem one as previous posts testify. So, no change with ebookers and I have decided to cancel and re-book using a 15% discount code found elsewhere = instant discount!
Too many issues and a gamble with ebookers and they were only slightly cheaper if the cashback paid out and as TCB were lower than Quidco anyway, it would have needed a 'highest cashback guarantee' claim. The claim would have been honoured, but there is obviously something wrong with the ebookers tracking. This isn't the first time for myself and many others have suffered the same.
So, when using ebookers, look for that instant discount code.
A positive though, TCB did honour the 30% top up and matched Quidco's higher rate with TalkTallk Mobile and that paid very quickly. That is what cashback is about, a very reliable merchant.
Good luck in 2017, may all your troubles be little ones.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

I am sorry you had an issue with ebookers. This is a merchant that calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges and so this may be something to bear in mind in the future just to make sure that something is tracking incorrectly.
I am glad your cashback with TalkTalk progressed speedily and successfully. I do hope you have many more of these going forward through 2017.

I find smaller purchases never track, for instance I have several less than £1 amounts for Superdrug which have been at the confirmed stage for 65 weeks, when chasing up with TCB they don't want to know.0

Can I ask if it's transactions not tracking that is the cause of your frustration or transactions taking longer than expected to move to payable?

Can I check that once a transaction moves to 'confirmed' that both TCB & the merchant are happy the transaction took place & that the money will be paid?Dwy galon, un dyhead,

Could someone explain why I have stopped getting TCB and on going to my account it asks me to do an email authentication. I have done this three times and nothing has changed. I have never had any problems in the past but now can't access account to collect earnings either!0
