Hi POPPYOSCAR,
Don't worry this is due to the correct by the time it reaches confirmed
We find with Ebay it does correct within a couple of weeks of the purchase being made but if it doesn't update by the time it moves to confirmed status please let us know.
Best wishes,

Hi Yorkshire Pud,
Some of these have started to progress you will be pleased to know. However, as you would expect this is something we will continue to work on until it is fully resolved.

Hi TCB,
My Co-Operative current account cashback has been declined, as it's over a 100 days since I open the current account, I need to submit a support ticket. However, "The Co-operative Bank - Current Accounts" doesn't appear in the list of retailers. How could I resolve this?

Hey JMR14,
I am sorry this has been declined. Please, can you drop me an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk? I should be able to override the claim limit and allow you to claim for this.
Best wishes,

Hi, this is still sitting at confirmed 'when when when' will this go to payable0
-
Hi washable,
We are unsure at the moment exactly when this will progress to payable but it is a merchant we're keeping an eye on and are regularly asking the network to chase up the payments and so hopefully it won't be too much longer for you. As soon as progress has been made, we'll be sure to ensure this reflects in your account.
Best wishes,

I'm finding it quite frustrating (and suspicious) that when I make purchases attracting small amounts of cashback, there's rarely a problem with tracking and eventual payment. When a larger sum is involved, the problems start.
I'm very aware that a purchase decision shouldn't be made solely on the expectation of cashback, but it seems to me that a retailer is going to attract more sales if he offers it and his rival for the same product doesn't - what's to stop him then simply ignoring payment of it?
My latest purchase on 27th November was of 2 electric bikes from Evo Scooters at a cost of over £1100. At the time the "pop-up" from the add-on to my browser indicated just over 10% cashback (I think it was 10.2). The Topcashback site indicated over 9%. Despite clearing all the cookies beforehand, nothing tracked although my visit was recorded. I lodged a claim on 3rd December, but so far nothing doing. It seems to me they have clammed up.
They still puport to be offring cashback now, albeit reduced to 8.8%.
Given that the stats indicate an average tracking speed of 2 hours, I'm beginning to lose hope after more than 3 weeks......0 -

Over at Quidco I have found that in similar disputes they pay out of their own pockets after a much shorter period of time. For this reason I almost exclusively use them now and have made thousands of pounds of purchases there.0
