I've just gone through TCB for home insurance with more than but as it hasn't tracked after seven days I then proceeded to raise a claim. However when I proceed it states that a claim can only be made 150 days into the policy. Now do I wait 150 days to notify TCB that it hasn't tracked or do I notify them now (after 7 days)?

I have some cashback payable, so I logged in and selected a payout option. Then it asks me to log in (again) and then to select a payout option (again.) It just goes round in circles.

Same kind of technical issue as before?

@onejontwo - Please lodge a claim within 7 days as normal. This is just mentioning about the maximum time frames members have to lodge a claim with that merchant.

@Kim_13 - Are you using the Safari browser? If you are can you go into the settings and completely remove the TopCashback saved password? It should help you gain access to this.

Still waiting for my Confirmed for a second time Co-op Bank TCB to become Payable. Account opened early April 2016. Sheesh.

On a brighter note I opened a Tesco credit card last week through TCB it tracked overnight becoming Pending and became Confirmed today. The card arrived today and I used it today:T

Co-op Bank what is wrong with you or your whipping boys, I mean affiliates;) eight months no CB yet.

I'm really glad your Tesco Credit card progressed so rapidly!

In regards to co-op bank I do truly hope it won't be too long now until everything gets resolved. Sometimes these investigations can take a little while but normally this patience is rewarded by cashback

Thanks for the prompt reply, I've been put "on ice" for the time being. One thing I hope you can help me with is that when I go through TCB on google chrome (my preferred browser) I get stopped in my tracks with a blank page and "ad.doubleclick.net" as the site information, however when I go through Internet explorer everything is ok.I hope you can shed some light on this.Thanks in anticipation.

I was booking my flight to Malta today (NOT via Easyjet - despite it being flight release day, they are more expensive than Air Malta!) I tried to get 1.49%cash back from Opodo by clicking through from topcashback. BUT - The prices displayed by Opodo were about 1.5% higher than going to Opodo (via skyscanner) on my mobile (using 3G not wifi, so no chance of IP address being tracked). It seems to me that this is a trick - the retailer knows it will have to pay the cashback, so shows you a higher price to compensate Sneaky and hard to detect, but I wonder how widespread this is? It obviously shakes one's faith in topcashback.

@onejontwo - this is normally to do with firewall or antivirus settings and when they block the links that are needed to track the cashback. Normally it is a case of ensuring the domain that is showing when the page is white, is on the safe viewing websites or allowed domains.

@Harry Christmas - Holiday merchants can be known by doing this and it's down to them searching for the best deal for you for that specific search. As it's a unique search it can be the case that one time it does show up a lower rate but the next search it doesn't. This can, of course, work the opposite way and sometimes get the price lower than searching through TopCashback.

Hi, just tried ordering a book from the Works inputting the TCB 30% off code yet it only took 5% off total. Am I missing something?

I have asked our team to take a look into this. It may be that we decide to leave the code live as it is providing a discount and we would hate to prevent our members from saving some additional funds.

Interestingly it does appear to be applying different discounts to different products.
