I don't want to do this as we moved from TalkTalk when they crashed. Is anyone else having a problem with this and what is TCB doing to resolve this.
Don't want to do what?
You could just set up a free webmail account (hotmail/yahoo/gmail etc) and then you never have to rely on your ISP and have to change your email address when you change provider.Littlebirdie wrote: »Hey,
I bought a pizza through the website of Pappa Johns on Friday before I signed up for top cash back on Saturday. Can I still put this purchase through and how do I do it without having the app?
Thanks
No you can't. You have to go through TCB before you make a purchase and can't backdate it.0 -
Just gone into account to exchange cashback to Tesco clubcard but can no longer find them on the list, have you stopped the exchange?0

Ah yes forgot to add that the suggestion was to change email provider. Why I don't want to do this is that I use this email for my shopping business. I already have several other accounts and I don't want to add another. Topcashback is the only company not working with my email so they have a problem. I wanted to know if it is just me or whether other users are affected.0

Hi everyone,
I hope you are all having a good day.
@Mouseyfriend and @Aesop- This still remains at the forefront of our attention and we are constantly working to resolve this for the long term. Unfortunately, after speaking with Virgin Media there is no easy change to make to ensure that this issue is resolved but we are working on this and hoping to resolve it as soon as we can. In the meantime if you have an alternative email you may consider changing this but that decision is totally down to you and I understand whichever decision you decide.
@Littlebirdie - I am really sorry to hear you forgot to go through us but I hope the pizza was still tastyUnfortunately the cashback that we award is commission we receive fro referring you to make a purchase. If we didn't refer a member to make a purchase there is no way to obtain to the commission available and in this situation we are unable to claim for the cashback. I am really sorry!
@November2 - Could you ensure your Clubcard number is still in your account? You can do this by opening the payout details section of your profile. This should be the only cause of Clubcard not showing.
I do hope this helps everyone.
Best wishes,

Hi Littlebirdie,
A small of amount of merchants can see the huge advantages offering post purchase cashback on our site. However, this is something we can only offer with the merchants advertised.
I do hope this helps.

I promise I will get the hang of Top Cash Back soon and stop asking questions!
I spent 27 pounds online at Paperchase but Top Cash Back is only showing that I spent 20 pounds. Why would that be?

just a quick heads up....
now 5 months since I submitted my claim that someone isn't honouring their part of the transaction.
I made the purchase so either ARGOS or TOPCASHBACK is't playing fair by paying me what they owe..No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0
