Bit of an update on my Talktalk cyber monday deal cashback.
Talktalk's reason? i had ''Not met terms and conditions''.
so i asked them to clarify which term or condition i hadn't met.
their response. Apparently i cancelled my order????

@skylinedude - Can you ensure with all devices that you clear cookies and cache before logging in to purchase? Cookies are what allows tracking to take place and if there are other cookies on your device this can lead to confusion and mix up in the tracking system.
@mamabuddah - The truth behind this is that we are not told the last referrer. The commission system has been going on for many years and it has no intentions to start being bias to any one referrer. If we challenged a legit reason it would seem as though we wanted the cashback network to work in our favour and no one else's - as I am sure you can understand this would be unfair.
We did have a blip on Saturday but our team were in the office and were helping members, as well as looking to get the site back and running asap.
@Littlebirdie - You certainly can! If you take a picture and put this on your laptop / desktop you can upload it via our desktop site

I did a electric switch via your Energy Helpline link and got this e-mail shortly after.
In my eyes, they seem to be detecting referrals and I wonder if the request for a customer to make contact is a way of wiggling out of paying as the switch can't be done wholly online? It seems fishy to me!

Since February we have had no emails received from TCB. We use virginmedia accounts and this causes problems trying to validate payments etc.
TCB stated -
"I am sorry you are experiencing problems we are investigating this and believe that this could be a problem with the Virgin Media group email providers which include Blue Yonder, NTL and Tesco email addresses. We believe this may because they have change internet service provider."
I don't want to do this as we moved from TalkTalk when they crashed. Is anyone else having a problem with this and what is TCB doing to resolve this.0 -
