Hey everyone,
I hope you are all having a good day!
@Littlebirdie - I do agree with mamabuddah, it could be that the merchant doesn't take into consideration delivery and VAT when calculating cashback. If you take this into consideration and you believe you are still missing cashback please lodge a Missing Cashback Claim via the Customer Service section of your account so we can get this queried for you.
@mamabuddah - As I have mentioned, we really are trying out best for you and other members who are still waiting for their outstanding cashback. However, we have not received the difference in funds yet and so this means we can not progress your claim further at this time I am afraid.
Best wishes,

Snap and save does seem to have changed a lot.
It is much harder to use now as every offer seems to be at different retailers when before they were usually the same.
It also takes much longer to be approved.
Have you raised a ticket? TCB should give you a reason for the decline and give you the chance to query it.0 -

Yes, happened to me also, and several other posters on the shopping app deals thread.

Hey guys,
In order for me to look at your specific snap and save issues I will need you to drop me an email to the email address mse@topcashback.co.uk. From there I will be able to look at the reason for the decline.
Best wishes,

I have unsubscribed and closed my account! TCB does seem to have gone down hill you wait weeks for snap and save and then its declined. You should not have to challenge every claim. So voted with my feet:mad:3.55kw 2 systems 2.3 se 1.25 sw installed may 2011 and oct 2011..
I have never been mis sold anything but i have bought a few things i didnt need!0 -

They got greedy and most of the time are keeping the money. If you have lost out a significant sum of money over various declines, then I would consider online court. I have done so and made them pay up including court fee (£25 + expenses).0 -
hi Matt (TCB REP), bearing in mind TCB keep a lot of info close to their chest when it comes to money, perhaps you could shed some light on what this means exactly,
"we really are trying out best for you and other members who are still waiting for their outstanding cashback"
I'm curious to know what this means in the 5 months I've been waiting so far...do you email "them" whoever that may be 'cos it's a big secret, at the start of every month....then wait for a reply...
and that's it?...I would like to think you would be more pro active, especially when YOU advertise the cashback, I follow ALL procedures, TCB confirm the transaction (for the wrong amount)...then YOU wash your hands of the contract.
Here's an interesting one, either you don't really follow these claims up....because there's far too many of them....or if they are few and far between...i.e. mine is an exception, perhaps you should put more effort into it.....I would love to see a flow chart for how TCB follow up claims.
see a few posts above someone has walked, wonder will they go to Quidco? No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
You guys needs to know in the many years I have used cashback sites, I have seen so many tactics they used to delay payment or not pay out at all with various excuses under the sun. They hope members simply gives up or forget about the cashback, or exceed the suppose cut off 1 year period.
I sense they were defrauding of my cashbacks of large sums so I took court action and got my money. You guys have been far too patient with them with 5 months+ wait. Yes vote with you feet by all means, ensure you get what they owe you too.0 -
Re the Snap & Save. Would I be correct is assuming that certainly for the ones that are being offered by Checkout & are virtually offering the product for free. Such as the Pepperami. There is a limit?
In other words the first 1000, submitted to checkout, get their cash back.
Since TCB seem to be taking quite a while submitting the receipts to checkout, no wonder we are missing out. We are getting the crumbs
if it is receipt 1001 tough.
If that is the case, it might explain why quite a few people have had what appears to be legitimate claims rejected.Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0
