Where it says how much cash back you may get from a merchant add a sentence that says something like "There are restrictions on the type of pay out method you may take with this merchant"Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
Is there a way to test that tracking is working, before going through with a purchase.
I think you used to have a 'tracking test' on your website a few years back.0 -

@steve1500 - Thank you for your feedback. When we are aware that cashback can't be paid out via any method we do include a term in the terms and conditions of the merchant to inform members.
@leonardo - There isn't a way on our site to test tracking. However, if you make sure tracking is enabled, clear your cookies and cache before logging in to make a purchase and disable ad blockers it should give you the best chance of your transactions tracking.

bxboards again! (same user ID here as TCB)
I reported an incorrect track for Energy Helpline a few days ago, and now the same thing has happend with Homeserve!
I made a Homeserve Cover 8 purchases and it's supposed to be 80.80 but its tracked but at 0! There is nothing in the T&Cs about it uplifting later so I assume this is also a failed track. I rebooted my PC from a USB key which gives a clean enviromment as it tracked, but at 0!
Again, I'm not to going to mess about with claims, so I will get onto Homeserve and cancel the policy, as it's only worth doing with the 80.80...
Correct tracking seems very iffy - items track, but the cashback amount is wrong, or even 0....! To add insult to injury, the Homeserve page even mentions TCB so it's 'knows' you are the referrer!0 -

Are you able to confirm the status of Snap & Save and whether this is now a part of CheckoutSmart whether in part or in entirety?
It has been noted by several MSE members (see latest posts here) that some of your Snap & Save offer terms refer to CheckoutSmart, while other offers do not. It is unclear whether this means one receipt can be successfully accepted by both you and CheckoutSmart for offers where CheckoutSmart is not mentioned in the terms as being the provider of cashback.
Clarification would be appreciated0 -

Nothing has moved in my account re Snap & Save purchases, so a bit slower this time. Good news is that the T&Cs haven't changed (as yet), but maybe they will later.
If it has been messed up, I hope TCB have the decency to honour their promotions and not inconvenience their members for mistakes (if any) that are out of their members control.
Maybe we'll find out later today?

@bxboards - Can I ask if you clicked through to the merchant and found a similar offer but with a free product attached to it? If you did and chose that you would be ineligible for cashback and this is why it tracked at £0.
@Crabman and @B_M - I can confirm that Snap and Save is still well and truly just a part of TopCashback and is not part of Checkout Smart. However, you probably have noticed a few Checkout Smart offers on our site and this is because we want to continue to reward our members with more ways to save money and being a publisher of these offers allows us to do that. I can confirm you can not redeem the same receipt on multiple publishers for the same offer. This is covered in the terms and conditions of the Checkout Smart offers.

No, I went straight through on your site, there were no free products on offer on the l anding page for HomeServe Cover8 on that pages- it's tracked the 114 which is the correct policy but obviously at zero.
This is exact product purchased from your landing page:

With a £50 excess. Annual price £114.00
And this is what Homeserve have confimed I bought on the order e-mail

Regarding the timescales for Snap & Save claims being confirmed, I note it says 28 days in your terms - this is quite a while compared with Checkout Smart which in some cases will process and confirm a receipt submission the same day, even at the weekend. Why does it take TCB so long to process a receipt?0
