Hi, hope you can help;
Last night I made quite a large order with a company for Hampers and was expecting a decent sized cashback amount with the cashback being over 13%.
The cashback tracked straight away but has shown as only 1 item purchased and not the total of 12.
It was all done as one order. I am confused and a little annoyed as the company I purchased from offered me a 10% discount code due to the large order I put in but I declined it due to your cash back offer and you stated on the merchants page that no CB would be given if a voucher code was used!
Please can somebody help? I know it was only yesterday but if TopCashback aren't going to give me the correct cashback amount then I quite quickly have to contact the company for the 10% discount they offered instead as it was over £1000 spent.

@FDVCB - Sometimes if a member purchases lots of items in one purchase only one will track. Therefore I will need you to lodge a Missing Cashback Claim for this so we can get your transaction queried and hopefully get you the cashback you were expecting.

I just took out dual fuel via your link which says:
Dual Fuel
Exclusive Offer! £32.32
However further down it says: 'Cashback is per transaction not per utility. Therefore if you switch Gas and Electricity in a single transaction, you will only receive one cashback amount.'
How can you offer 32.32 for a dual fuel switch and then say it's per transaction as obviously with dual fuel you switch both at the same time.
Mine tracked at £16.16
I don't see how it's possible to get the 32.32 cashback?
I won't bother raising a claim on this, and am just going to cancel, but thought I'd raise this with you as I can't see how it's possible to get the 32.32 for a dual fuel switch!0 -

It's over a month now since I was yet again asked to be patient and wait for my Simply Switch cashback from January. TopCashBack seem to have little desire to make payments in a timely fashion.
Having heard all of their 'excuses' and platitudes, I have little or no confidence in them. I can only encourage anyone reading this thread to use a different cashback site.
Yet another week passes by and I am still waiting for cashback from my January Simply Switch cashback.digital0 -

Thanks Matt, but I went ahead and cancelled the switch. Ultimately I suspect I would have been asked to raise a Claim, and I only went with them as they were Faster Paying and I didn't fancy it going 'on ice' and 'waiting for merchant' for months too be honest, but thanks anyhow!0 -

Is it possible to make it prominent as against well hidden in the "read more" section when there are restrictions on the pay out method.
For example some merchants only allow a withdrawal via BACSPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0
