    Another day and another issue.
    Looks like a similar issue to members above and tracking issues at a lower than promoted rate. Seems like an issue with several different merchants.
    This time, Hotelopia. Tracking at aprox 50% of the promoted rate. Please look into this and resolve to prevent other members having to spend time on this issue. Luckily, I can cancel if not resolved.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    We are not in a position to change our terms and conditions in regards to processing time. I will be sure to pass your feedback on but at this time it is not possible to do.

    In regards to Hotelopia I will ask our Team to take a look into this merchant and query the merchant and the cashback network if something doesn't seem right with the tracking on the whole. In the meantime if you wish to keep your purchase please lodge a Missing Cashback Claim for this as it will give us the best chance of getting you the cashback rate available.

    Thanks Matt, but it is TCB who are offering the 'exclusive' rate. It just hasn't been applied as an 'exclusive' rate, as others are experiencing with other merchants.
    Claim in and I'll give it a week or so before deciding what to do.
    Frustratingly so.

    With the TCB's Sweet Treats Cashback Giveaway, I just wonder if any members have managed to win any prizes more than £1 here.

    On my prize board, I have managed to collect most of the Sweet Treats from £1-£1000, but every prize between £2-£1000 prizes there is always one treat short. Every time when I caught the flying bird, I was only given 1 x entry to the Mega Prize Draw, but no more Sweet Treats. It has been the same for 3 days now, so I just wonder if the £2-£1000 prizes actually exist and are achievable.

    There was a message on your Direct Line Home Plus page on 02 Dec saying the transaction may track at a lower value and later uplift. I've validated the transaction by entering some further details as requested.

    How long should I wait for the amount to uplift before contacting customer care?

    re Hotelopia - I've placed the missing cashback claim as above, but the way I see it, is that the Affiliate Network has done the tracking, it's just that TCB haven't topped up the rate to their exclusive rate.
    In the meantime, I've also submitted a 'highest cashback guarantee' claim as Quidco are only offering 1% less than TCB. A bit of a 'belt and braces' type of thing in case TCB renege on their 'exclusive' rate. I've submitted the amount I could have received as the TCB full rate as that is actually the rate I could and of course should have received. But, TCB are more than welcome to just honour the Quidco rate (9%) if that's how they see it. Better losing just 1% than 5%!
    I'll update the forum thread once rectified.

    That is identical to mine - I got to that state pretty and since then prize draw entries only. I don't think this is completely random, I guess they like to get it into this state to keep up interest?

    @B_M - With exclusive rates the merchant pays us the higher rates, we don't do this ourselves. Lodging a normal claim is the best way to query this.

    @bxboards - The last sweets were going to be harder to find as there was only a limited amount of prizes.However, these were distributed randomly to members.

    Is anyone else experiencing long timeframes for Sky? 3 1/2 weeks over the 18 week payment estimate ( know I have to leave 4 before putting claim in ) most reviews seem to suggest it goes in pretty much exactly on 18 weeks so not sure why I appear to be waiting longer than others
