    Hi Everyone,

We are experiencing issues at the moment I am afraid with logging in. Please bear with us while we work to resolve these.

@steve1500 - As some of our offers are now published offers they make take a bit longer however the terms and conditions have always remained the 30 days. I am sorry if you are annoyed by this and we will work to get these approved as soon as possible.

@B_M and @LegendKiller2k8 thank you for your feedback and contributions.

@bxboards - I can see your transaction was confirmed in October and therefore I would hope it wont be too long now before the merchant pays the cashback. There is no reason for me to doubt this wont be paid.

@Crabman - I will be sure to pass this feedback on to the relevant people for you. I can't make any guarantees but I can assure you your ideas will be looked at and listened to.

@johnk, @harriko, @Wheres My Cashback and @steve1500 I do believe you may be some of the members that are affected by our current log in issues. We will try our best to get these resolved asap. I am really sorry.

I do hope this helps everyone.

    best wishes,
    Matt

    Hello

I'm getting a bit embarrassed to be reporting yet another incorrect track but this one is a doozy!

TalkTalk tracked into today at 15.15 - a rate that isn't even offered anywhere on the TalkTalk page.

I know I will be asked to raise a claim (and I have done) but surely in these instances TCB should be pro-active - your systems know you are not offering the rate that tracked in, so why can't this be sorted your side rather than via claims? It's clearly an error when the tracked cashback is tracked in at a rate that is not even advertised.

This is the 3rd incorrect track I've reported in 3 weeks now, and again its an '
    Exclusive Offer! £101.00'

Something isn't right here - I know you will blame your tracking networks but I have to suggest that when you are the promoter, I can't see any reason why your systems can't pick this sort of discrepancy up?

    Same username here as TCB...

    Hi molerat and bxboards,

@molerat - I am glad this was sorted for you :)

@bxboards - I am sorry to hear a transaction has not tracked correctly for you. The true reason we can not force a transaction to track correctly is because we are a 100% cashback site. If the cashback tracks wrong if means we are getting paid that amount and if that is wrong we need it queried. If we didn't do this we would be paying out more money than we are receiving and we could be paying for ineligible transactions which isn't fair for anyone.

Our systems are set up to recognise issues with tracking and when these are picked up they are investigated. However, normally transactions track incorrectly for 1 or 2 members, rather than for everyone.

I do hope this clears everything up.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

Thanks for your reply - I have cancelled the order with Talktalk and also withdrawn the claim as always a risk with an 18 month contract claims will be unsucessful and the claims handling time sadly exceeds the 20 cooling off period with Talktalk.

    Appreciate your candour.

    Hi Matt

If a specific Snap & Save offer was valid (for example) from 05-11 December but now shows as being valid 16-22 December, does this mean that a TCB member can use it even if they claimed the same offer during the 05-11 December period?

As far as I can see it counts as a separate offer and so can be claimed, but I just wanted to check it was ok before actually buying anything.

I hope you don't mind my recent questions, but you're quick to answer on here and it's so convenient too.

I've wondered that. Sometimes they are a very quick way to hit the £50 limit for Tesco's conversions.
