    Hi,

I have tracked cashback from scottish friendly (7th April) that has still not reached payable.
I have tried raising a support ticket but it says wait 4 weeks after the estimated payable speed (26 weeks) - this has been far exceeded, how can i raise this as an issue.

I find it very unprofessional of the imutual rep thanking posts on here knocking their competitor.

Hi. I can assure you that wasn't the intention. :( The thanks was in recognition of a positive comment about imutual. But I've now removed the Thanks to avoid giving that impression

As I understand it, your remit is to answer queries on you own company and not get involved in touting for business and that you can now see it is wholly inappropriate to get involved in a competitors thread.

Never had a problem with TCB with cashback tracking, but in the past week-10 days I e made purchases with Tesco direct, eBay, the wordery and none have tracked. Will I need to do individual claims for each one?

    Hey Everyone,

I hope you are all well.

@zebusi - Could you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk? I can certainly take a look into this transaction for you.

@Luckystar - I am sorry to hear you have had tracking issues. Unfortunately you will need to lodge a claim for each transaction that goes untracked. It may be worth thinking back to see what new updates/ software you have installed since your tracking issues started as this may allow you to spot what is causing your tracking issues.

I do hope this helps you both.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

What has happened to the Tesco's 5% bonus payout. Seems to have very quietly vanished
Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

I've noticed a few tracking problems myself recently....I made a "large" purchase at Argos last Friday with the 7% rate, should produce a cash back about £23 .... So I don't want to miss out...it didn't track, but having similar problems before, I took screen grabs of every step in the process, I did a missing transaction query, I was able to identify the date and time etc, so it's "on ice" until the 27th Nov....so I'll be interested to hear what excuses they come up with this time.
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

  • @LplateSaver - I am really sorry to hear your Lottery transaction is taking a little while to progress. We are working on this as much as we can and speaking with the cashback network about the outstanding transactions. If you would like me to take a closer look into your transaction for you please email mse@topcashback.co.uk ?

I've already spoken with your customer service department who were thoroughly unhelpful. They've made it quite clear to me that they're not going to look into my claim, that the lottery doesn't want to pay out and that they don't care that this means I'm out of pocket for a transaction that did track.

    Hi everyone,

I hope you're all enjoying the middle of the week!

@steve1500 - We award our members a bonus to payout through certain methods as we get paid a discount for using certain payout methods. When these get amended or removed we do have to review the bonuses and in the case of Tesco I am afraid we have had to remove it. I understand this news will be disappointing to a few members but we do still believe it is a great alternative payout method especially as you can use your points as part of double up events.

@mamabuddah - The merchant's cashback network does track all transactions no matter the value of it. However, if it doesn't track it means it hasn't been related back to us. Clearing cookies and cache before logging in to make a purchase can help a transaction to track but it may also be worth seeing if you recently have made any changes to your device as this changes may have had an impact on your tracking.

@LplateSaver - Could you drop me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk? I can then access your account and see what stage your transaction is at and then I can give you the most relevant response for your transaction.

@luckymannn - Could you also send an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk please? I can then check on your claim for you.

I do hope this helps everyone.

    Best wishes,
    Matt
